Was there for a group dinner. Buffet was really good. Food was hot and they had enough lines open so service was quick. Especially appreciated the veg selection. They served sausage peppers in the main lines and vegetarian sausage on a side table (BTW the veg sausage was pretty good). Best part could have neen the dessert table, excellent cheese cake.

I am so grateful that we could order to-go food the night we first arrived to West Dover and all the restaurants were closed at 9.30 pm but Harriman’s let us to order! In the meantime we got a cider at the bar which was delicious. The food was amazing and the kindness and humour of the server was unforgettable! Definitely a must in West Dover!

I just love going here. Everytime I'm here I feel greeted like I'm someone's family or close friend. The food is excellent and everyone working in the restaurant truly seems to love what they do. This is an unseen quality where I'm from and I truly appreciate it.

Honestly nothing special across the board but a convenient option if you're in the hotel.

The food and the service is top notch! Delicious menu options paired with friendly, caring and engaging staff! We celebrated our wedding with our friends and family at Harrimans and this staff went above to make it such a memorable time!! Highly recommend.

Recently had dinner here with my daughter. Food is consistently good. Our server was so sweet and attentive; hence the 5 stars for service.

It exists as a place to eat and drink. That’s it. Don’t expect any more or less from it.

This place is atrocious, the service and manager is terrible. My bf and I went for dinner but ended up calling the cops on the manager, and leaving before being served. He was extremely disrespectful, broke my bfs license in half, and claimed that his military ID was fake. We called the police to verify the validity of the IDs because we are both 21+, and after that the manager refused to serve us. He gave us attitude and was extremely rude to his customers. Luckily the front desk gave us one free night stay at the hotel because of the troubles we went through. Would not recommend, poor customer service, management, and treats customers like trash.

We have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it but unfortunately this recent experience wasn't great. Our appetizers came out cold, which is ironic because the server told us to be careful as the skillet was extremely hot (I literally picked it up by the handle, lol). After they reheated it we were sorry we didn't just return it because it was tasteless. My wife's "Harriman Salad" was basically a plate of greens. There were no walnuts or cheese or anything else that was supposed to be in it. The dressing tasted like they spooned some dijon mustard into a cup. Needless to say we returned the salad. The waitress was the only saving grace. She was very pleasant and empathetic. The bus person though proceeded to scrape every ones plates onto one plate and stack them on the table in front of us. I would expect this at McDonalds, lol. BTW, we were charged for the above mentioned returned salad until we brought it to their attention and asked to please remove it from the bill. They told us they would comp us desert for the disastrous dinner. Not wanting to take advantage we only ordered for our two daughters and my wife and I passed on dessert. We were charged for one of the desserts. There were other issues as well but I think you get the picture without going further. Needless to say, we will not be returning. This is unfortunate as we are guests of the Grand Summit and it was convenient that there was a restaurant on the premises.

Food was disgusting, served cold wings, undercooked chicken breast, burgers tasted old, and ravioli sauce was hardened and cold. After eating everyones stomach was upset. For a major ski resort this place completely missed the mark. I recommend 1900 Burger instead.

Convenient if you are staying at the Grand Summit, but the offerings used to be better in the past. It is certainly good for little ones if you don't want to go off mountain for dinner.

Hardly anything available on menu. Even deli store empty. Disappointed. Didn’t want to have to go out for food. Only open for dinner
