I took my family of 6 last weekend for Disco Tubing and we were only able to get 2 runs because it was oversold and one of the lanes was closed. On top of that we were looking forward to the festival the same night which was closed due to frigid temperatures. They didn’t cancel tubing or offer to reschedule our tickets even when asked so we stood for hours in 6 degree weather and were very disappointed all the way around. Blatantly mismanaged. They keep raising prices for everything and continue to give less services.

Parking is a fiasco. Mt Snow attempts to confuse the hell out of consumers, making up their own midweek holidays, and then charging you parking for those self-created holidays! Next year it’s Ikon. Better mountains,better service, people friendly.
