Ski school instructor Jeffrey was great even with begginers in icy conditions
If you plan to visit their Beef Fest (aka Octoberfest), save yourself a mountain of aggravation, don't go. The worst event ever. Was oversold and underdelivered. There was absolutely zero activity for the kids (falsely advertised), they were all bored to death. The logistics were awful with all the various tickets, bracelets, tokens, cups, mugs, huge lines everywhere, confusion, lack of food, lack of beer, rude employees, people stuck with bought tokens and no beer (it was all gone) Awful organization makes you want to never come back again even for skiing.
Horrible customer service! Was told to make myself more available after waiting on hold for 15-20 min at a time multiple days as well as sending an email with no response. And to top it off the service representative hung up on me
As a lifelong Mount Snow skier and health professional, I was appalled today to see so many skiers without face coverings and no real efforts by staff to address the problem. Most of the offenders were young people and most likely Un-quarantined travelers. Without any consequences, this behavior will continue and threaten the season and health for the rest of us. I even witnessed a pass checker allowing an unmasked rider go right by with no comment at all. And I was harassed When I requested someone to mask. Highly transmissible variants are here. Might I suggest a no tolerance policy, sending offenders to the back of the lift line, or better yet, make them surrender their pass for the day if caught without WEARING their mask. Feeing unsafe, we left the mountain after three runs. Disgusting.
I canโt say enough about the outstanding instructors. Took 6 non skier kids and teens who were fully skiing after one day! The instructors were patient, positive, and excellent teachers. We will forever be thankful for this very bright spot in a difficult year! Thank you!!
loads of fun!! Definitely a good time
Tough Mudder Mt Snow was the best of the best.

Unparalleled commitment to snowmaking virtually assuring outstanding conditions at every level. Groomers who resurface the hill each night with exceptional skill. Lots of effort put into making your visit exceptional. Beyond this...an easily accessed, year 'round venue for all tastes and ages.
great skiing and great people
Comfy bar to enjoy a few craft brews in-between or after your runs on the slopes. There's a menu with bar food as well, and it's well prepared.Pete is the manager: top shelf guy. ??
Ordered four sandwiches- two were awful. The Normandy (ham, brie, apple) was served with mealy apples; my wife couldn't eat it. The Cubano was served with rotten pork loin that smelled like wet newspapers. This establishment occupies prime area at Mount Snow, but as I see it, that's a poor decision. Stay downstairs and your dining will be fine.
Best ski area base lodge bar ever! Pete, Alysabeth, and Carol are as good a bartending crew as you can get!
