For my first time in Vermont, I wanted to try some of the local ice cream. My husband and I are not fans of soft-serve because it’s often made from a commercial mixture and melts quickly. Best Maple Creemees around! Seriously, I’ve had a ton of Creemees across Vt. And these are best. The texture is velvety and the maple flavor is just right, not too sweet, and yet full bodied maple goodness. And the setting by the river is phenomenal. Ride hard, take a dip in the river and grab a Creemee. Life doesn’t get better.
