Sorellina at Salt Bistro in East Burke offers amazing food and great service. The shrimp pink pesto dish and chicken parmigiano were cooked to perfection. The warm bread and fresh salads were delicious, with a tasty vinaigrette. Chef Christian accommodated dietary restrictions with a custom salmon dish. The cocktails and beers were served quickly, with a perfect lavender lemonade. The steak tip special and chicken parm were next level, and the service from Sam was warm and friendly. A great place for a wonderful meal, definitely worth a visit!
