The food was perfect. The chef- and staff were exceptional. The taproom downstairs was perfect. I made it a point to experience as much as I could while visiting East Burke. And the simple interactions here with the amazing food/ environment took the spotlight.10/10.

I loved this. I stayed at the inn next door (The Village Inn- the entire experience is absolute perfection and there’ll be a five star there too).
Mr. Tomassoni is a consummate professional, a charismatic and entertaining chef, and someone boasting creativity with his dishes.
From an Italian special, to Greek (Ji-, Gee, Or Guy) gyros, to obscene burritos- top to bottom amazing food.
The only thing more enjoyable was his personality.
Favorite dining experience while staying in East Burke. Hands down.
Do yourself a favor and experience this place for yourself.

The pizza is fantastic and always a crowd pleaser. They make it easy with a simple menu, call in ordering, and super friendly crew. We tried their smash burgers and hand cut fries tonight- the best burger I’ve had in a very long time. Even my very picky 9 year old ate every bite of her burger. What a cool place! Good food! We had the Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Parm, and the Meat Pizza. All were very good. Not really a sit down restaurant style, most people either take out or come up from the bar and take their food back down. Really good pizza crust and so good home-made pasta, excellent sauce.
