We stopped here for a late lunch because there weren’t too many things open and were so impressed! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I often judge a restaurant my something simple, like if they put attention and care into a salad. Here, it was the chips and salsa, and they were the best I can remember having at any recent restaurant. They had what I believe was a little avocado tree growing in a pot, which I also found very charming.
It's just the simple things. We have just moved from Amarillo, TX, and this place really was good. Even though I am happy about our future in Vermont, it was nice to have a great meal that reminded us of home.. And it won't be the last.. I recommend it ?..
Excellent find in Enosburgh! Can't say enough positive things. Stopped by on a whim and will definitely be back! Arguably best tex-mex/ Central American food in the state I've had.
