Ordered 3 McRibs one regular, one w/o pickle, the last with only BBQ. No onions were on the 2 that weren't plain, when I brought them up they said they were out of sliced onion. Would've been nice to know that when we were ordering, especially paying $6.99 apiece. Then when I asked for recon onions, the young lady working the front said to the person in the back making the sandwiches "they want recon" with a snooty laugh and attitude. Doesn't surprise me why this McDonald's only has a rating of 3 stars with an employee like that.

It's insane how much cleaner the restaurant is since they hired a new cleaner, The women's bathroom is always super clean when I go in and smells fresh, I am a morning person so I am usually there for my morning Carmel frappe monday-friday so I can't speak for how clean it is during the weekend, The floors were very clean even though it's been raining a lot lately, the chairs are clean too, I used to never go in to eat and would use the drive through but now I happily go in and eat! I'm so thankful to have a clean in restaurant experience in a fast food restaurant, which is rare

Ordered a chicken sandwich and there was mold on it, we're never going back there this place is disgusting they don't care about the quality of the food they are handing out. The manager gave us a hard time about getting our money back for this. This place is unbelievable!

Workers are always exceptionally nice, food comes out quick and hot, sometimes the modifications aren't done but to be honest this McDonald's is better than most when it comes to modifications lol

Third time this spring i have ordered a meal and missed the main portion. 2 burgers were meatless and today i got home, 10 miles from store, only to find my fish sandwich had no fish fillet. Sauce, cheese, bun, just no fish. This time i called and spoke to the shift manager. She was very apologetic, offered to make another for me but i declined to drive 20 miles for replacement. I asked her to talk to the grill person. Usually the people here do an excellent job but this , like any job,is a learning experience. The car ahead of me also had an order error and went in to get it corrected. I give cudos to the window folks as they all are super friendly and helpful. Now I'll go eat cold cereal.
Order is right most of the time. I appreciate them giving me honey mustard when I ask for it. Wish they would sell that stuff by the bottle. Haha ?
