Today, we were waited on by the GM.. She asked if it was take out or eat in.. we said eat in.. she replied I'll bring it out to you... famous last words.. after waiting in excess of 10 minutes my daughter went to check on our order.. It was waiting for pickup longer than 10 minutes... asked to have order remade.. the GM almost slammed our order on the table.. With this attitude it will be a while before we visit again..

Went here to get food around 8 tonight (7/16/25). Waited 20 min, part of my food was put in someone else's, had to wait another 10 min for them to remake it. The fries were not very hot, and then heard one of the workers complaining about not getting a break (I believe there was only two working). one of them has been screwing up my food multiple times.

Received no salt cold fries. Their solution was offering a packet of salt. I said no as you cant just salt cold fries like what? Older lady says I'll get you fresh ones. Had the audacity of handing me a bag and saying have a nice day and closing the window. Open it up, another bag of cold fries with like 2 packets or more of salt just dumped onto the top. Seriously?? Who cares if you wanna say its fast food etc. Nobody has any shame in being dirtbags anymore

had our first-ever McDonald's experience in the USA, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the service was beyond exceptional, thanks to the amazing manager, Rick. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic evening, checking in on us and making us feel truly welcome.
The food was surprisingly even better than what we’ve had in Canada—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, from the friendly atmosphere to the incredibly fast and efficient service.
A huge thank you to Rick and the team for making our visit so special. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality fast food!
App doesn't work, drive thru guy rude angry prick, no hospitality. Will not come back to this place. Orange soda was flat no carbonization.

Ordered 3 McRibs one regular, one w/o pickle, the last with only BBQ. No onions were on the 2 that weren't plain, when I brought them up they said they were out of sliced onion. Would've been nice to know that when we were ordering, especially paying $6.99 apiece. Then when I asked for recon onions, the young lady working the front said to the person in the back making the sandwiches "they want recon" with a snooty laugh and attitude. Doesn't surprise me why this McDonald's only has a rating of 3 stars with an employee like that.

It's insane how much cleaner the restaurant is since they hired a new cleaner, The women's bathroom is always super clean when I go in and smells fresh, I am a morning person so I am usually there for my morning Carmel frappe monday-friday so I can't speak for how clean it is during the weekend, The floors were very clean even though it's been raining a lot lately, the chairs are clean too, I used to never go in to eat and would use the drive through but now I happily go in and eat! I'm so thankful to have a clean in restaurant experience in a fast food restaurant, which is rare

Would not recommend going here. Any way you order will take at least 30 mins and the quality of the food is worse than most mcds are to begin with, thats if they even give you what you ordered. Don’t waste your time or money.
