Went for some quick food around 9:50pm. Got a 20 pc, Large fry, & Caramel frappe for 2 people to share. The lady at the window was rude with no customer service at all and these nuggets are genuinely hard as a rock. They had to have sat for a while or something this is disgusting.

Terrible service! I went through the drive-through at about 5:30 PM and placed my order. I was asked top pull into the parking spot. more than 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. The staff only noticed I was still there when someone came out to deliver someone else's food. By the time I got mine, it was all cold.

First impression was how clean restaurant is compered to others but then i was met by a terrifying manager with a attitude issue, brown hair big glasses lady standing there gossiping about employees instead of taking my order as I stand there with cash, then after i pay and say thank you she rolls her eyes at me, walks off scuffing then starts complaining in the back about me, while i was sitting i saw her treating her employees like dogs if you’re so miserable why work there especially as a manager. Last time i come here

To the worker at the window in the mornings I’m not sure of her name but if you hate your job so much you probably should find another one. I said thank you twice for my order and you rolled your eyes and shut the window on me. Do better.

Today, we were waited on by the GM.. She asked if it was take out or eat in.. we said eat in.. she replied I'll bring it out to you... famous last words.. after waiting in excess of 10 minutes my daughter went to check on our order.. It was waiting for pickup longer than 10 minutes... asked to have order remade.. the GM almost slammed our order on the table.. With this attitude it will be a while before we visit again..

I had the absolute worst time and run around with the manager about a roach in my food. I can’t believe this place still is operating!!! Disgusting!

Went here to get food around 8 tonight (7/16/25). Waited 20 min, part of my food was put in someone else's, had to wait another 10 min for them to remake it. The fries were not very hot, and then heard one of the workers complaining about not getting a break (I believe there was only two working). one of them has been screwing up my food multiple times.

Received no salt cold fries. Their solution was offering a packet of salt. I said no as you cant just salt cold fries like what? Older lady says I'll get you fresh ones. Had the audacity of handing me a bag and saying have a nice day and closing the window. Open it up, another bag of cold fries with like 2 packets or more of salt just dumped onto the top. Seriously?? Who cares if you wanna say its fast food etc. Nobody has any shame in being dirtbags anymore
