This is my favorite bagel place in the Burlington area! I go here a lot, and it’s always tasty, always reliable, fast, and always kind service. Just an all around awesome place!

Burlington Bagel is always great! The bagels are a staple for people to bring into work and the sandwiches have always been delicious. I have only had one instance in the years that I've been going here where the sandwich had a problem, but the staff resolved it without an issue!Bottom line, I'd recommend Burlington Bagel to anyone who asks and it's worth the wait in line when it's out the door!

risked my life in a snowstorm just for them to be closed before posted hours. Employees inside with lights on. VERY disappointed

Usually bagels are good- small in size but good. However, went in for breakfast today and received two bagels that definitely were over a day old, not fresh at all.Usually happy with the service but very disappointed paying $20 for two bagels that were gross and we threw away

I loved my Mansfield breakfast sandwich. Bagel was crisp fresh and perfect. The bagel place was not super busy. Perfect timing getting a bite to eat and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese for my wife. She enjoyed it immensely. Def worth the stop in. If you like fresh crisp bagels done perfectly this is a wonderful place to eat. Inviting welcoming and helpful staff. Clean courteous and I will def be back. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to the location in Essex for over 10 years. After you took over that location there was in improvement. About a month ago, the small coffee went from $2 to 3$. When I spoke to the manager that coffee plus a bagel is over $2 cheaper at other locations, her answer was "go there" I will never set foot in your store again. What a sorry attitude and great way to keep customers.

If you like the taste of maple don't waste your money on the maple walnut creamcheese. No maple flavor at all. They might fool an out of stater but not a real Vermonter! The day old bagels are more like 3 day olds. I liked it better when it was the Bagel Market. They had more flavors of bagels and creamcheese, and when I say flavor, I mean FLAVOR! Sorry Burlington bagel, but I miss the Bagel Market.

They turn their phones off/don't answer on Saturday mornings. 3 weeks in a row. I wouldn't be bothered by being told a long wait.

Love the food, but they don't seem to honor their store hours which can be frustrating for a customer coming all the way for their lovely bagels. 9/30 locked doors 15 minutes before closing, plenty of time to toast their loving customer a bagel and smear some wonderful cream cheese on it. ‍ #verysadbagelgirl (...could be that they ran out... if so, they should have a sign for it just to mend their customers hearts a little quicker.)

Very good bagels, reasonably priced and they pay their workers a living wage.
