Dunkin won’t let me left this review because it’s too long: I’ve been a loyal Dunkin' Donuts customer for years, but my recent experiences at this particular location have been extremely disappointing. Over the past six months, I have encountered rude and discriminatory behavior from some employees, which has made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s disheartening to experience such unprofessional conduct, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so long.

In addition to the poor customer service, my mobile orders for iced coffee and other beverages have been consistently wrong. I’ve ordered the same drinks multiple times, but the flavors never match what I’ve selected. When I’ve asked staff to remake my drinks, I’ve been met with irritation and frustration rather than understanding. The drinks themselves have also been far too strong and unpleasant, leading me to discard them almost every time.

I’ve also had issues with the food. My sandwiches, bagels, and hash browns have all been burned on several occasions. When I contacted Dunkin' Donuts customer service to report these issues, I was told I’d receive a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received any email or call back.

Another concerning issue I’ve noticed is the employees eating in front of customers while preparing food and beverages. Not only is this unprofessional, but it also raises hygiene concerns.

I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background, and I hope Dunkin' Donuts will take steps to ensure that this behavior is addressed and corrected in their stores.

Placed an order through the dd app. When I got there they told me they were out of donuts I wanted and they are unable to refund my money. I canceled the order on the app but the money was already gone. Great job dd team! You really know how to treat your customers🤮

Absolutely worst service ever! Pulled up to get my online order it was 5 minutes of 7:00pm (they should stay open till 7:00 pm ) regardless of anything, there was 2 other people who were in the store at the time as well! The ladies just gave the people a bunch of free donuts which was cool and all but then when I went to get my order it wasn’t correct and so I went back to my vehicle to grab my phone and show them what I had ordered was completely different and the younger girl seriously just locked the door and locked me out of the store and so I didn’t get my online order or the ability to get my order fixed! A the older woman just proceeds to shut down the entire store, shut the lights off and went in the back instead of fixing the situation with me! I will NEVER come to this Dunks again I’ll just continue to go to my home dunks on Shelburn Rd where they actually care about their customers and if they got their orders and most of all if their order is correct to begin with! I get that it only closed 5 minutes early but that was enough time to remedy my situation!

I got an iced pumpkin spice latte which comes with whip cream and cinnamon sugar and caramel on top. Clearly none of those things. And my hot coffee was only half full. Coffees such a staple for people, yall can’t suck this bad every time for everyone 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m not sure who works the Sunday crew but the past 2 weeks they have screwed up my mom and I’s order. Simple French vanilla and vanilla cold brews. How!? I’m not a barista but multiple times we have come and all the times the order is incorrect! Please train employees on how to do basic coffee. People want to wake up and get a nice coffee and get what they pay for!!! Please take a day off to train!!!!! This is ridiculous. 0/5 don’t go here it’s also really slow to get your incorrect order.

food was cooked too hard, the teeny bopper girls and one boy were horrible to deal with. they were eating and joking around. laughing at us the customer when we talked with them. horrible experience. tried reporting to main company and no one wanted to care about the non customer service at that location. don't go to the pearl st location in essex junction vermont. the "kids" that work there are not worth going in to see.

Placed a mobile order about 30 minutes ago and waited inside for the order to be made, watching people go through the drive through. People were also placing orders and getting them. After a while we asked about our food and they said that they don’t have what we ordered. Is it so hard and ask the customer what they and to say something instead of us standing there watching them sweep up something that wasn’t in the way at all. Not impressed.

Parking: The parking isn’t difficult to find but it’s not ergonomically conducive to any sort of logic. It’s a problematic parking lot in general. As well as the drive thru. I prefer to just go in at this location. Be careful not to let anyone smash into you people are wild in this lot! lol

Worst experience ever had a dunkin donuts. The store was empty, but you could see that the staff was taken care of the drive through customers. We please start order, and patiently waited. After about 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask what the status was on our order. They haven't even started yet. Unfortunately, we did not have another five minutes to wait. So we had to leave without an order or refund. Overall the incompetence of the staff was overwhelming.

Never had the 100% correct order, lobby closes at random times, never open when they are published to be in the morning. Drive lane takes FOREVER to get the wrong order.
