Today we went into the drive thru for a single cup of coffee. While understandably it was a busy Dunkin day, we ended up waiting 40 mins in the line before we got to the pickup window!!! There was no way to back out so we just had to grin and bear it! Suggest never using drive thru there.

We have a new record!! 27 minutes in the drive through (with only 2 cars between myself and the order speaker). I frequent a lot of Dunkin but this was by far the worst wait I have ever seen.
This level of insufficient staffing falls squarely on management and not the stressed workers trying to keep up.

At some point you have to realize the crappy experiences at this location are not due to staffing shortages, it’s due to the current staff being incompetent. Working the drive-thru window and not being able to accurately take orders is wild.

Terrible service. Didn’t get my coffee order right, seemed lazy like she didn’t want to be at her job. (Red hair, braids. Not red like ginger, but RED.) Save your money or just drive to a better Dunkin’.

Do NOT bother to order from this location, they don’t even service their customers at all. Three cars waited in line at their drive thru today and no one ever even came to take an order after 15 mins of waiting! Makes sense why they’re not even taking mobile orders any more.

I’m currently sitting in the drive thru. Took 40 minutes for three cars to place their orders ahead of me and me to reach the ordering kiosk. No way to leave because of the lane design. I didn’t believe the reviews…but I should have. Let this be a warning for you!

Don’t bother coming here. 30-50 minute wait in the drive thru every day. Staff changes weekly, even if you order on the app - expect to wait 45 minutes. The staff is always on their phones, or has a horrible attitude, and you can hear them complaining about each other from behind the counter. They are always out of straws, bagels, and even bags! Yes…. BAGS. I waited 35 minutes this morning in the drive thru only to find hair in my food, not to mention you’re trapped in the drive thru and can’t bail out even if you wanted to. If you’re running behind for work, avoid this place at all costs, you’ll be late! This place is so unreliable and inconsistent. I truly don’t know how they are open! Literally go to any other Dunkin, please don’t waste your time or money.

Waited 50 minutes trapped in the drive thru at 7am. Tried to be understanding but almost an hour is unacceptable. When I ordered my food the staff was unpleasant and again sat at the window for 10 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of mine. It was not busy inside or in the drive thru. Confusing and disappointing experience.

So I waited 45 minutes in line ordered got up to the window. They didn’t have what I wanted and I got some hashbrowns. Leave the window. The hashbrowns are ice cold I were getting back in line and waiting another 45 minutes. I don’t know who’s running this show, but they’re not doing a good job. You guys need to buckle up very unsatisfied never come here again.

I asked for less ice in my berry burst energy drink. And they still fill it 3/4 full of ice! For almost 5 dollars for a large. I think I will be asking for no ice from now on! They don't give their stuff away that's for sure!

Took 25 minutes to get a lukewarm coffee. Understand the staffing issues but when one of them is on their phone.... How does a dunkin' donut run out of coffee? And then gives one out lukewarm. Worst Dunkin donuts experience of my life and I'll never go to this one ever again

Not sure if this is a bad dunkin or if its just a normal thing, but they randomly won't have mobile ordering available. Not to mention the coffees are constantly made wrong
