I've been going to the Milton Dunkin for a while now honestly I mostly only get coolattas don't really get food so can't say much there but all the times I've been there I've only had two coolattas that weren't great as in was mostly ice assuming people training but one was really bad and I'm a regular and I don't complain usually I just accept stuff for what it is and I went in the next day and told them how bad it was and it wasn't...

I often stop here on my way to work, I forgot my debit card, they held it for me because they’ve become familiar with me and knew I’d be back. Very nice customer service. These girls work hard! Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

The Staff in the morning is excellent I only have one complaint every morning and afternoon when I come to get my coffee the hot cups always leak and I never could figure out why until I realized it was because the cups were being filled so full that the coffee was coming out under the lid. Please stop over filling. Your customers want to drink their coffee not wear it
