Always paying for extra bacon for my sandwich & never getting it. Then the bacon I do get today looks not even cooked. Food safety should be the minimum standard anywhere. Not sure why I waste my money here at all.

This may be the slowest Dunkin on earth. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive through when there is one car in front of you. Customer service is terrible. Workers walk around like there is glue stuck to their feet. Avoid this place if you are in any sort of time crunch.

While the food and coffee is always average at best I found the charmy atmosphere quite appealing. I also noted that only one worker was there handling it all while their manager wouldn't come and help. That young lady named Sam was so amazing and polite, I felt so bad for her being treated that way.

Only thing good about that place is their worker Sam. She actually seems to care about her customers while the other two girls just sit there and do nothing. I see her bust her butt while those other two Lexi and Natalie don't do a thing. They need to be replaced in my eyes

Dunkin on an Ambien! Everyone moves like they've been sedated. The orders are always wrong and never filled quickly. Try and beat the wait and order on the app? Good luck, chances are they are out of some ingredient and you will stand there for 20 minutes before you find out. They start making food/drinks and just leave them unfinished on the counter while they wander around aimlessly. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra mile to Uncommon Coffee and get a decent drink for the same price as this overpriced brown water.

I have never been more disappointed when I went to the one on Jericho rd connection to the mobile station the Manager and the assistant manager were so disgustingly rude to me my order was completely wrong and I saw the assistant manager drop food on the ground and she just picked it back up! I am warning you do not go here!

Slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to… all we ordered was a plain bagel with cream cheese and avocado toast, yet somehow it took over 20 minutes. We watched one of the employees drop food on the floor and pick it back up. One employee said named Hagrid said, “bro why is everyone ordering so much food”.
This location is always understaffed yet the girl working alone several days a week is always smiling and super friendly!! You need more workers like Sam!!!

Never use mobile ordering at this location!When we got there we were missing both of our drinks and our apple fritter.So we went up to the cash register and were ignored for 5 minutes before someone finally said they'd be right with us. They ended up helping the person behind us whose order was also wrong instead.When they finally came back to us they told us they didn't have the mint tea we ordered. I asked for our money back for the drinks and they insisted that we choose another drink instead. They shouldn't allow people to order something that is out of stock and if they do then they should give people their money back.Then we finally get back to the car after 20 minutes (completely defeating the point of a mobile order) and I find out they never toasted my sandwich as requested and it's now cold
