“Stepping out from behind the bar, Zach filled his role as our Server to perfection. Friendly, informed, attentive and polite, our first dinning experience at Bramble was fantastic! Friends had recommended we add Bramble to our list of options and we're so glad we did. Food was excellent, wine and spirits offered interesting options... Pistols and Pesos was killer! “We can't believe we've lived in Shelburne 3 years and just ate here for the first time. Great service, delicious food, generous portion size. We don't eat out a lot for breakfast but this will be the new go to place when we do. This is diner food at its best.“
