“Stepping out from behind the bar, Zach filled his role as our Server to perfection. Friendly, informed, attentive and polite, our first dinning experience at Bramble was fantastic! Friends had recommended we add Bramble to our list of options and we're so glad we did. Food was excellent, wine and spirits offered interesting options... Pistols and Pesos was killer! “On our latest trip to Vermont, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Dutch Mill & highly recommend it for breakfast and lunch. Our waitress, Jane, was a joy! The service was fast and the food arrived quickly. Jane was knowledgeable about the area and gave several suggestions regarding activities we might enjoy.
