I arrived at Keurig Dr pepper/ Green mountain 2 hours early on a Saturday. They got me a dock and said they hadn't finished pulling my order. My appointment was 13:00 so I said that was fine. They have a drivers waiting area with free Green mountain coffee. There's a restroom and couple chairs. They got me loaded and I was on the road before 14:00. Easy in and out of there yard. Plenty of room to back up to there dock's

No problems here. Showed up at 6:30 am for a 7:00 am appointment. Was unloaded and gone by 7:30. Nice friendly staff

I wouldn’t advise you to buy at this company, I just got scammed out $95 because I simply stopped the auto-delivery. The reason why I stopped was I received a shipment of 6 boxes 2 weeks ago for $74.13 without any knowledge of. I stopped auto-delivery, they charged me $95. I reached out trying to find a solution but none of customer support representatives tried to help me out. They told me someone from corporate would be calling me to try and resolve it, that was a lie. No one reached out back to me with any solution. So, stay away from Keurig.

Tigger from the Shipping department was very helpful. I came in 32 hours earlier. He was very understanding of my situation. He went out of his way to get my cargo ready and had me loaded ASAP. One of the few locations where as a driver I felt respected and well taken care of. On the 5/19/2024 my appointment was 9 am and I arrived at 8:30 am and was finished and out at 9:30 am and if I did know I would have come find place to sleep here on the street

Every time, I was at the window, it took 30 mins for someone to come and ask me for order number. There were 4-5 workers, walking and chatting like drones and paying no attention to drivers, who were waiting at the window. It was like a Kindergarten, with kids running amok. When I asked them for help, there was no response

Your employee FRED LITTLE the one who was convicted of the 1997 murder where he shot an unarmed man while he ran away from Fred, he stole my daughter's social security and personal information and made a fraudulent insurance and foodstamp claim after saying he needed the information for his work... You people. I have called the police
