Really would be nice to order food for pick up and have it ready when I get there. Would be really nice if the employees weren't swearing and complaining about wanting to go home while I'm waiting for the food that should have been ready when I got there. I shouldn't have to sit in your lobby for 20 minutes waiting for chicken to cook. This is just bad service. Do better.

Went to kfc in essex junction ended up leaving after waitingb10 minutes to be acknowledged then another 5 minute wait to be told they didnt9 have tenders or fries ridiculous

The cook is terrible. Takes way too long and will not respond to customers. Will just completely ignore and continue his slow methods. Try any other place and save yourself the frustration. (I should mention that I was picking up this “food” for someone else.)

Took my order had to wait a half hour to get my food didn’t have any dark meat. Chicken had to wait for him to cook it. you can’t call fast food restaurants anymore it’s more like let’s take your money. Have you sit a half hour and wait for your food? Restaurants have gone to hell that’s all I know but it’s probably due to the lack of help. that’s all right they all wondering 40years when they go to retire why they have nothing.

I find it an increasing problem with how delivery's are done now. No napkins no plates no utensils. It's an issue not with just kfc but it has been becoming of one. That's poor service and lazy. Not only that I just got a Uber eats and the entire order was wrong and I'll never order that way again.

lowk this place sucks. I came in and ordered and they filled out all the orders on line ive been waiting for almost an hour ive already payed for my food and they just announced they dont have any more of the chicken tenders that i already payed for.

Despite the store appearing quite understaffed on Labor Day 2025, the workers remained incredibly attentive, professional, and efficient.
Everything tasted great and fresh in our order. Compared to many other KFC locations Ive visited, there was nothing missing and not a single mistake in our rather large order. This was no easy feat considering how busy the store was.
Kudos to the employess working at this location on Labor Day 2025!

The food was okayish but the service was absolutely horrid. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Then gave us our food and missed two meals out of our 4 meals we ordered. When going up to fix it the young lady up there was absolutely rude and obviously did not care what’s so ever. And when finally getting the rest of our food two items were missing from each , then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get the rest of the food.

I ordered a number 10, I was charged for it, yet I got 5 nuggets and a drink. No side, no biscuit, nada. When I asked for barbecue sauce, the clerk insisted that honey mustard IS barbecue sauce and instead gave me honey mustard. I get staffing is hard, but hiring a random dude who can barely understand how the register works and gets visibly upset isn’t the move.

Guy was rude over the intercom. Chicken was dry and tasted a little weird. Potato wedges where good and plentiful. No napkins, no sauces or butter. Could see people in the window handle food with no gloves on.

Went to the kfc in Essex Jct.. Went through the drive through. Bucket of chicken with two large sides. The chicken looks absolutely disgusting. Would you eat it?? Dry and just not healthy looking. I didn't eat it. My other order was nuggets and potatoes. With this order I had asked for the potato wedges. When I received the entire order. The only thing wrong about the second order I had to walk in and return my wedges because they were hard as a break. They said it would take 15 minutes. I already had my order. Who wants to wait 15 minutes on potato wedges?? So I called and spoke to the manager Kaylee. I explained myself. It's like she didn't care. I told her I wanted something done. A refund or whatever. I told her the chicken looked nasty. She kept telling me to call the corporation. So I called and reported the whole situation. I'm still waiting to hear back. I think kfc sucks. Especially spending $39.00. And basically through it out. VT Unexceptable, customer service very poor. Another lady was there too she wasn't to happy she had to wait for her potato wedges either. Being a fast food place you should always have back to food. I don't eat McDonald's or burger King, but at least I can say they have back up.🤮🤮

Sitting out here on a 95 degree day, ordered my food online at almost 11am. Order confirmed sent message order was ready to pick up. Went to pick it up couldn't get in the lobby, okay go through the drive through..says its not open. Called 2 times before someone would answer. We are opening late not.. another 15 minutes. Okay we'll my order says its completed nope going to be another 15 minutes or so. You have got to be kidding me..im sure there are ways you can shut off the online site if you can't open on time..
