I ordered a pretzel crust, what they give me is some frankenpizza that doesn’t resemble anything on the menu. When I go in to get them to replace it they refused. And to make matters worse they were trying to sell the other pizza they messed up (they switched toppings between 2 pizzas) at a discount when I picked up mine, meaning they were aware of the mess up and still sent mine out anyway. I’ll attach a picture of the pizza and reciept here, it’s pretty cut and dry, and it’s not like this hadn’t happened before they hand out shoddy pizzas all the time, but until then they would just replace them, it’s a bad business model but whatever, this time was different though. Of course I got an annoyed tone of voice, then their employee accused me of yelling at her threatened to call the police then assaulted me. Number one, she is so incredibly dumb I noticed within a few seconds that she was operating on the level of an adolescent, there’s no way her managers haven’t noticed how dumb she is, I didn’t get her name but there’s no way they won’t know who she is by reading this. She’s blonde, looks kind of like a troll and is incredibly stupid. She’ll eventually tank that business if you keep her. I’m not stopping here, next I’m writing a letter to the attorney general, I haven’t decided whether or not to press charges yet, but I don’t know who she is so I’ll just have to call the police on Little Caesar’s if I do. I’ll attach the picture of the pizza you all are going to get sued over, if you do what you need to do I won’t sue, but if I keep seeing her face there I will. Not like I’m eating your pizza anymore but I’ll stop by just to check, I do business with the other businesses near it. I really like pretzel crust pizza, but that cheese sauce and cheddar cheese doesn’t go well with regular crust, I don’t think wanting the correct pizza is a reason to be assaulted. I tried taking a picture, because she wouldn’t tell me her name, that’s when she assaulted me, and damaged my $1200 phone. If I can afford a $1200 phone I can afford a lawyer, I promise. Besides, even if I couldn’t afford a lawyer it’s dirt cheap to go to the courthouse and file a claim myself, it’s not like it’s a very complicated case. I’ll sue to get my money back for the pizza if I have to, it’s the principals of it all, not the money. I don’t care about money that much, I care that people think they can treat others any way they want, especially since I’m pretty much the ideal customer. I was a regular, tipped well always, in and out not being a hassle, you’ve messed up my pizza countless times but I’ve only asked you to replace it twice including this time, you had to completely ruin it for me to bring it back, I’m not that fussy. The part that makes me angry is there’s no way that her managers hadn’t noticed these traits in her, it’s extremely obvious, especially the stupidity. It’s not like she can shut it off when the boss is around. Is this really how you want your business represented?

Placed an order using the app on 4/24 and left immediately to pick up my lunch. I've always liked Little Caesar's pizza, and have ordered from the Essex location many, many times over the years. This time was different. My pizza couldn't have been in the Pizza Portal for more than 5 or 10 minutes before I picked it up, but when I opened the box it looked like a pizza which had been ordered the night before and left on the counter all night. It was tough and stale and had all of the earmarks of a day-old, reheated pizza - tasted like it, too. I've had plenty of leftover, reheated Little C's and am very familiar with what it looks and tastes like. I strongly suspect that I was sold a leftover pizza. Very disappointed and won't be going back.Also - I left feedback via the app a week ago & still haven't heard a peep from anyone - not even a token acknowledgement.

I've always gone to this LC but since the one in Burlington opened up I've tried that one 4 times that one made my whole family violently sick so we recently visited this LC just to see if the quality was the same across the board and there's a Huge difference from this little Caesars (the good little Caesars) to the south Burlington one (the awful one). When we ordered there were no hot and ready pizzas which was expected for a Friday night but ours was done in less than 20 minutes and when we got to eat it, our pizzas were amazing and no one in my family got sick at all. From now on we're taking the time to go to this little Caesars despite it being further away from home because I would rather have quality pizza and not some awful pizza that basically gives you food poisoning every time you go there (again I want to clarify that the LC that makes us sick is Not the Essex location but the Burlington location).

Tonight I ordered 2 stuffed crazy crust pizzas with old world pepperoni and extra cheese with no sauce. When we arrived both pizzas has giant air bubbles and giant spots where there is no pepperoni at all. When we brought it up to the manager she tried gaslighting by giving excuses that it's either because of the no sauce and because it was fresh dough. I know for a fact from experience it's not from no sauce the male owner has made it for us several times perfect Everytime . This time not so much. I've been coming here for years so I feel like I know if there's a problem with my food, and I don't know if it's just me but I feel like if I spend $40 on food I'd like to not get gaslight when I say something is wrong.

Pizza is basic and fair priced. Customer service is very poor, and they love to talk about their technology pizza portal but apparently don't know how to take a credit card over the phone, which is pathetic and an inconvenience when their online ordering is down.

Bought lunch combo with Pepsi zero, pizza was not even warm let alone had steam coming off of it.I didn't have time to return it, because, i was pressed for time.I felt like, I was served a pizza that sat there for a couple of hours under the heat lamp. Had I had enough time, I'd go back and return it. Should have went to Tim Hortons and get chili combo instead, it would have been hot at least. I hope the manager sees this. It was between 12:30-1:00 Dec 6 2023This is the first time, I've had a problem. Hopefully the last.It's not the point of being Dec either. ?Note to the staff,don't serve pizza that's been sitting to long.
