Amazing food, wine and service! We had the whipped feta, beet hummus, kale Caesar,raclette and tiramisu for dessert. All were delicious! The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting and they have a great wine market so you can purchase bottles after you try them. Our server was fantastic and provided great recommendations on wine choices. Pictured is the raclette which was soo good.

Met my daughter here for lunch. I’ve been here once before when they first opened. It’s generally a good place I would return to. As she is pregnant, there was only 20% of the menu available for her. But we knew that lol. The nice thing? They offer non-alcoholic wines by the glass. Not typical around here. I got a wine flight which is a great offering as I was having trouble deciding.We got cooked, pasteurized stuff. Pork pate (really nice) and a radicchio salad. The latter was tasty but would have benefited from having the kitchen cut the leaves into smaller pieces. Or give us steak knives, as radicchio is quite tough. Why only three stars? My pet peeves were active here. 1) the server removed my wine glass when there was still a bit left in it (she did ask if I wanted another , which I declined, but that didn’t mean I was finished). AND the “suggested tip” on the bill was after tax. NO NO. This is scamming the customer. If I want to leave a generous tip I will. But please do not pad the invoice.yes I am capable of calculating a tip independent of the suggestion on the bill. But we know that’s not the point. It’s the question of integrity.

Amazing spot! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and gave us so much information on the wines as well as place to hit for the rest of our trip. Wine was top notch and the food was delicious and all locally sourced. You can tell she cares about the restaurant community and her customers.

Wow, awesome place. If you love wine and want just a sweet easy experience of fine flavor and great vibes, come here. Wonderful selection on the menu, great tasting plates. Anna was our server, a perfect professional and delightful engagement. She introduced us to their unique dessert wine made as a collaboration between La Garagista and Eden cider - absolutely delicious. Marvelous retail selection of wines and specialty items. We had the Red Hen bread, wine butter, Harbison plate and Shishitos. Our palettes are singing. Go Bubbles!

Salt + Bubbles is not just a small wine shop/bar, it’s a community of customers and connoisseurs that collectively make up one of Vermont’s best places for drinks, conversations, and incredible food. We’ve been coming here for at least once a month for the last six months and are always impressed. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and it’s impressive how much the staff work together and cohesively. No snobbery either— just a great, casual time and always interesting and informative. Truly, while the pandemic really ruined service, Salt + Bubbles has maintained a high level of professionalism that seems missing most other places— possibly the best service of any establishment in the whole of the county. Wine is always superb and rotating, NA drinks are available too! The food is seasonal and delicious, and always something new for main dishes. Likewise, Kayla the owner is often there as well, working to serve and connect with customers and support her staff. Don’t just “try” this place— make it a regular and recurring stop whether you’re going on a date or reading and sipping for a few hours at a time. Highly recommended.

“This is the best baby shower ever!” So said one of the guests at my baby shower we held at Salt & Bubbles in March. Indeed, everyone had such a wonderful, relaxing time – thanks to the fabulous help and service we received from Kayla and her staff.Kayla is absolutely fabulous to work with and couldn’t have been any more helpful with planning this event – from meeting with us a couple of times to show us how the space could be utilized, to working with Travis her chef to personalize and fine tune a menu of charcuterie boards, small Jambon-Beurre sandwiches and other delicious tidbits—there wasn’t a detail that was overlooked. She even put together a special fizzy cocktail served in lovely wine glasses that greeted our guests as they arrived! It was unique touches like this that really made our event stand out.On the day, the shower went off without a hitch. We cannot say enough positive things about Kayla and her staff. Willem, who was behind the bar ensured that guests were served in a timely fashion and collected empty plates and glassware - all while wearing a bright welcoming smile; and Taylor, Salt & Bubbles Assistant Manager who, in addition to assisting customers in the market, was seen washing dishes and helping out at the bar.Prior to the event, we have dined at Salt & Bubbles many times and always had fantastic experiences from start to finish. I encourage you to stop in whether it is for a flight or a glass and a selection from their food menu- you cannot go wrong!
