I order the same drink and half the time it just tastes like sugar water. It’s beyond hit or miss and frustrating since by the time I can try my hot drink I’m home. Today I spent $7 for a stomach ache when they swapped my vegan order with someone’s latte. Not happy

James who works the drive through, doesn't seem like he ever wants to be here. Every time I order and he's working the drive through I have to ask for my order to be remade. His attitude at the speaker makes you feel like your order is a hassle and that if you order anything past one item..that's just rude....which is actually rude. I love getting free drinks from the app. The workers are pleasant people who always seem to be doing their best. I learned my new favorite drink from a recommendation in the drive thru window Pro tip: Customize your drink to bring your personal cup and every 8th drink is free (approximately). Is it worth it? Don't know, but it's a delightful treat and fun.

Waited for over an hour for 2 simple drinks. Couldn't even flag someone down to get my second drink after one came out. Amazing how awful and disorganized this place is
For a nitro coffee, waiting almost for 1 hour?For real? so many people working and very inefficient…. So many people waiting for coffee and all was a messy… really? I can’t belive it ??

Usually this is my go to starbucks place but I stopped going due to one female worker there was so rude to my boyfriend when he ordered! I work customers service and I absolutely didn't like her attitude!

Look I get it if I worked at Starbucks I’d have trouble hitting those liquid sugar things and pouring milk in to lines on the cup etc. Can you guys maybe like do a review of how to make an iced coffee. You’re reaching Dunkin’ Donuts levels of absolutely zero consistency in your drinks over here. I’m holding out hope though.
