I always enjoy coming here. The baristas are so friendly and always brighten my day. I know that when I have a horrible day I can come get a great cup of coffee and talk to amazing people.

Wherever you do, don’t order an iced coffee here inside. Minimum 20 min wait both times I’ve gone. Be better and know how to prioritize internal and external business….

When ordering on mobile app. I pull up to drive thru ordering microphone and let them know I’m here to pick up my name and I just ordered thru the app. The female employee says in an annoyed tone just so you know in the future you don’t have stop at the ordering microphone just pull up to the pick up window and say your name. The next time I return I skip the microphone and pull up to pick up window and say my name and the much nicer employee says next time you do would you stop at the ordering microphone and let us know your name and that you ordered on the app. You can’t win sometimes. They need to get a system and stop giving mixed directions.

I order the same drink and half the time it just tastes like sugar water. It’s beyond hit or miss and frustrating since by the time I can try my hot drink I’m home. Today I spent $7 for a stomach ache when they swapped my vegan order with someone’s latte. Not happy
James who works the drive through, doesn't seem like he ever wants to be here. Every time I order and he's working the drive through I have to ask for my order to be remade. His attitude at the speaker makes you feel like your order is a hassle and that if you order anything past one item..that's just rude....which is actually rude. His greetings are always very abrupt...Hi what do you want? Not hi welcome to Starbucks how can I help you. Just little things that make me feel unwelcomed.

I love getting free drinks from the app. The workers are pleasant people who always seem to be doing their best. I learned my new favorite drink from a recommendation in the drive thru window Pro tip: Customize your drink to bring your personal cup and every 8th drink is free (approximately). Is it worth it? Don't know, but it's a delightful treat and fun.

Girl working the drive thru has been rude two days in a row, clearly customer service is of no concern to them.
Waited for over an hour for 2 simple drinks. Couldn't even flag someone down to get my second drink after one came out. Amazing how awful and disorganized this place is
