Closed early again. Very disappointing. I’m done with this subway 😞
Placed a mobile order of four sandwiches and it took an hour for them to be done. Sandwiches also had wrong and missing ingredients.

We ordered DoorDash from here and tried calling to get our sandwich toasted, they ignored the call so we tried again and the must have turned the phone off because we went straight to voicemail. We received our sandwich that was missing multiple different vegetables so we called again hoping for a answer and they picked up the first person answered we explained and they instantly said to hold and gave it to the manager like they recognized the name on the order, the manager instantly starts with a attitude towards us asking what’s wrong we explain and her answer is that she made it and knows everything is on the sandwich we repeat saying that she is wrong and she sighs really loud and in a very rude tone asks us what she wants us to do. She states that we could go pickup lettuce if we wanted it bad enough. We decide it’s clearly too much work for them and say we’re ok and that we don’t need anything and she hangs up.
Worst experience with a manager and fast food place over ever had.

One of my friends had to go to a doctor's tonight around 4. The time we get done with the doctor's appointment it starts to snow heavily with Ice. On the way home we said we're going to stop at Subway to get something to eat to bring it home. My friend gets to the subway door and it's locked. this woman comes to the door and unlocks it and opens the door and says sorry we're not taking any inside orders. you'll have to go online and order it and wait. which could take up to 1 hour depending on how many orders they have. So she slams the door in my friend's face and locks it. In my opinion she really didn't want any customers there that's how her tone was. Her name was VET. She was very rude to my friend. So my friend and I jump back in the car and start looking at the menu and a couple seconds later we look in Subway she's eating food. 5 mins later she comes outside and smokes a cigarette. Mins later I see another worker in Subway store on the phone for 10 mins. Which is a very bad way to do business when you can easily be serving customers inside. Instead of wasting your hard-earned money on this dump and getting treated the way we did just travel 2 minutes down the road and get KFC Wendy's or McDonald's. Those fast food restaurants might be less healthier but they sure are cheaper and when you go to those fast food restaurants at least you get treated like a customer and not get thrown out or locked out by workers... At least those fast food restaurants want your business unlike this subway that will only do business when you place an order online. I'm not sure if this was a one-time thing but just how we got treated tonight is not how you do Business and I don't think we will ever return to this location in Vermont Pearl Street Essex junction!!!!!!

Online ordering is a real gamble. Half the time the order is incorrect and the other half they just straight up have run out of the bread, or vegetables, or meat.

Awful service, the workers are both female and disrespectful. I placed a mobile order and they refused a refund when I got there when I found out they were out of just the veggies I paid for ! A joke

Delivery order. Tried the Dorito Nachos w Steak. I'd suggest getting this item for there not delivery
They arrived very soggy and all piled together (that's on delivery driver not Subway IMO)
I don't suggest a BLT even with double meat it gets lost in the bread and add on toppings

The employees were cleaning and allowed us to come in and order. The sandwiches were delicious and came with some extra fun conversation. We ate as they cleaned up and had a great experience.

Make sure they have everything you want before you order. I the first half of my food and they had didn't tell me they were out of a good amount of food until I ordered the second half of my order. I should have just walked out then. The girl making the food gave me like eight pieces of spinach on my sandwich I asked for more and she gave me three more for a foot long? Manager knew they were out and I wasn't told until half the order was made, she never said a word. No posted sign or explanation of why they aren't informing customers before they order. Lack of leadership and accountability was profound. If I could give 0 stars I would.
They're always very prompts. They're attentive and make one hell of a sandwich. My lunches are the most excellent afterwards
A great crew with great expertise they can get you in and out no matter how big the line is never any more than a 15-minute wait during rush hours
