Placed an order online at 8:18am, was given an estimated pick-up time of 8:40am. Waited around until 9am, while other customers placed orders in-person and were served. Finally was notified at 10:17am that my order was ready, long after I had finished eating my bagel from a slightly more distant but much better quality bagel shop. While this is the most extreme example, I have ordered from them perhaps five times and only once have they had my order ready within 10 minutes of the estimated time. Don't order online.
They are also the 4th best of the 4 nearby bagel spots in terms of quality, not bad but all of the other places have better bagels. Worth the few minutes of extra travel.

Montreal spice bagel with scallion cream cheese packs an insane amount of flavor for a bagel. Also insanely affordable if you get limited toppings - my go to is cucumber and red onion. Basically just your friendly neighborhood bagel spot that rarely if ever disappoints.

These bagels are more bread-like than they should be. There shouldn't be corn meal on them either. The bagels are edible and inoffensive, but that's all I can say for them.

The Montreal Spice has a nice kick and the scallion cream cheese is bomb on anything. I like to get a tub and use the leftovers for turkey sandwiches. They're bagels, so if you're not eating them fresh then you're losing a lot, but it's awesome to have this place close to home and I've always had fast, easy service.
