This was my first time eating at the Mad Taco while visiting my son in Vermont. The girl taking our order was super friendly with the sweetest smile! The food was phenomenal. I had a chicken burrito . And the rest was very clean and relaxing. Thank you Mad Taco for an enjoyable experience.

I’d like to start by saying that food ok. I’d eat there again if the majority voted to do so, but I can’t say that it was great, considering that we went to a taco place and my daughter’s wings tasted better than the tacos.

Also, I can’t speak for all locations. We only ate at the Essex location. I can say that the restaurant itself seems confused. It’s a taco place, that judging from the logo implies an Alice in Wonderland theme, but the logo is...

Nice spot in Essex for Mexican food.

My favorite was the pork belly tacos and I would recommend that. 5/5
Shrimp tacos were alright. Guac was difficult to eat (which is rare for me). Way too much onion. Ordered beef burrito and was expecting asada not ground beef, so I was disappointed about that.

I’m accustomed to Californian Mexican establishments where restaurants will have their own version of a fresh spicy red and mild green...
