It is balanced, creates thick crema, and has a body that holds up well in a latte, even if you add a sweetener or syrup.
Ethiopia Banko Dhadhato Coffee
12 oz. Of whole bean coffee. Tasting notes of blueberry, lemongrass, and almonds. This coffee is a light roast with fruity acidity and a sweet finish.

my long time favorite for a reason. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad drink here. The baristas are all well trained + everything is consistent. Everyone who works here is really nice as well. And on weekdays always plenty of different places to sit.

An absolutely charming throwback to what coffeehouses used to be (and not so secretly always should be). The atmosphere is incredible, the coffee delicious, and the lemon ginger scone was out of this world (real chunks of ginger!); and all for under $6.
Super friendly staff too. Zero pretensions, attitude, or snobbery which can be common in coffee places.

I ordered a latte and it was excellent. The atmosphere is wonderful, with lots of plants and comfortable seating options. They served the latte in a re-usable cup and saucer. The only reason I'm taking a star off (and really it should be more like 0.5 stars) is that they have an upcharge of almost a dollar for non-dairy milk. This really surprised me. It's 2025! Even the big chains like Starbucks and Dunkin have finally caved and gotten with the times. Despite this small...
