Pulled into the drive-thru with a mobile order,. Once at the window this Spanish speaking woman hands me a drink only to be told to “pull ahead”… to nowhere.
Meanwhile, cars behind me were to get their food while I sat there with nothing? That's not how it works.

When I asked why, the worker didn’t seem to understand English and grabbed someone I assumed was a manager.
Instead of fixing the problem, this person wasted 10 minutes lecturing me about “fresh food” while my order was still not ready.

I asked for a refund. And after even longer, still no food (apparently it takes 15mins to cook a burger at this place)

That’s when the real manager, Bree (or Bri, or whatever spelling she’s hiding behind), popped in for a grand total of 10 seconds to rudely bark: “We don’t refund. Use the app. Goodbye.” Then she vanished. No help, no apology, just pure disgusting attitude.

Corporate, on the other hand, refunded me immediately, gave me a $20 coupon (I'll definitely use at a different location), and ultimately I got a free drink out of it.

And I notified ICE about the Spanish speaking person that seemed sus

This place needs a huge refresher on their policies, procedures, and how to act toward customers.

I've been to many Wendy's over the years and this was by far my favorite experience ever. Brad who took our order was fantastic. Never before have I not only been treated with the utmost respect, but he asked all relevant questions and took care of us when lobby supplies were low. Delivering them right to us. When my mother wanted to let the manager on duty know how much we appreciated Brad's service, he made a comment I won't share but, made it clear that he thinks very highly of himself.

I therefore am posting this. For Brad. A gentleman and excellent example of doing a job with pride and dignity and integrity.

I'm actually looking into if I can relocate to the area so I can enjoy the experience again.

Highly recommended and would move to go again.

I waited 10minutes to give my order at the drive thru. Right away a woman asked me if I was using something in my order said no and she turned off the ordering. Then later someone said I’ll be with you and left. Finally I placed my order for a Baconator. At the window I got my frosty immediately and then I waited and waited. I was not going to eat it immediately because I had a meeting. When I got home 1 hour away I look in the bag and I had a regular HAMBURGER . No cheese no bacon. They charged my card $7.99 plus rooms and meals tax for a burger I didn’t order. I tried calling and they don’t answer just shut off the phone. It is not like I can go back and get a replacement. When I order a Baconator in W Lebanon that is what I get not a hamburger.

Manager was extremely rude and unpleasant, insisted I was stating the wrong name for my mobile order in the drive through, and when I came inside to sort it out they were yelling at employees and complaining about customers.

Stood at the counter waiting for over 20 mins and no employee even acknowledged me, let alone asked if I wanted to order something. I went next door to McDonalds and it took them a minute to help me. If you want faster service, go there instead if you're in a hurry.
