I am not a mean person. I’ve been in customer service 26 years. I do not try to fight with a customer or argue with them.If someone’s not happy, with their drink you simply remake it. There’s not any reason to get upset or mad and create drama. Customers go out of their way and spend a lot of money on their drinks. I know they are new, but there is absolutely no reason the staff can't acknowledge there customers that are not going through the drive thru. All it takes is "I'll be right there" "sorry for the wait" don't expect it here you won't get it. You'll just be waiting until they see fit. Kind of like the one on rt 4 in rutland. Hurry up and wait and maybe you'll get served.
