I’ve been living local here for a year now, do not come here after 7:30pm unless you have an extra hour of your life to waste. I do not understand how it takes so long to cook McDonald’s food. It’s literally made for them to cook it as fast as possible. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:10pm and as I’m typing this, it is 8:30pm and I’m not even at the order spot yet. I’ve waited here multiple times over 40 minutes because it’s the only fast food open around here but I’m starting to think it will actually be better and quicker to drive to Rutland 20 minutes away. The food I receive for waiting all that time is also below standards sometimes not even edible. I’ve wasted so much time and money in this drive thru I’m at my last straw coming here unless management gets their act together and trains people to be clean, make food fast and actually care about their job. EDIT * 8:54pm and I’m still not at the first window I’m so upset at this service. I don’t even think my food will be warm. EDIT AGAIN ** RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOD AT 9:36PM BUT I WASNT GONNA WAIT ANOTHER HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, 3 EMPLOYEES ON STAFF SHE SAID ?!!! WHY EVEN BE OPEN ?!!! Tried to eat the food I got but it was terrible, I’ve had good McDonald’s before and this was the farthest from it, usually in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes too not 1 hour and 26 minutes. Never again, will just drive to Rutland and there are more options and won’t take an hour.

Could hear the manager screaming at employees the whole time. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Treat your employees better. I couldn't believe i was hearing a man talk to grown adults like that.

I got 2 fish o filet and fries this afternoon the fries were Luke warm and my filet o fish had no Mac sauce not impressed

If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonalds is filthy, the floor is sticky, there's fries all over the floor and old food on the tables. Not only is it dirty, but the staff are rude and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. And we 'dined' inside. They gave us no sauces, even though we paid for them. And I stood at the front, where you otder your food for 20 minutes waiting to ask for 3 sauce packets. I had staff look at me, see me waiting, turn around and walk the other way. I had staff literally walk right by me to go outside and smoke. Thank God were just passing through, because I would hate to have to experience this twice. -10/10. Would NOT recommend!

The only thing saving this place from going under is it’s the only fast food place in town. Corporate and the owner should really take a look at this place and get it back on track.

This McDonalds is so bad it has helped me quit eating McDonalds. Prepare to wait 30 mins for your food with ingredients always missing / messed up. If you are inside you can watch how unhygienically it’s prepared. An embarrassment to the franchise.

Although the workers are very pleasant the wait time in the drive through is insane. There is no excuse to be sitting in the drive through for 35 minutes for a 20 piece and 2 (cold) large fries. This has been happening a lot lately. I've gone to this McD's my entire life and never has it been as bad as it is now.

They make the burgers so messy and just throw it together making everything fall off and it’s just gross like would you want someone to just throw your food together with you bun and condiments falling all off? And the fries were soggy and cold the burger was too.
