I absolutely love this location! It’s always a pleasure to walk in and see my favorite night shift staff! Melody, Kat, Camdyn, Latrell, and Jared always take care of me!
My only complaint is that this location advertises the Ghost Pepper Bread as a staple option in their location, but they never seem to have it available, and it’s my favorite bread type so far!!
Despite that, awesome location all around!!! Thanks for all your hard work guys!
Worst subway in Vermont by far. The manager is so rude. Constantly yelling at employees. Directing orders around, while not doing a thing herself . Sandwich is 99 precent bread. Meat covered by steel covering so you can't see. This location is absolutely brutal. Same experience every visit

They gave me the person's sandwich in front of me and they are very very slow making it both times. Vegetables looked rotten and prep area not cleaned. The 2 guy's working nights here are incompetent. They may be polite but very simple.

I'm very disappointed and angry that when you come in, to any come in to any restaurant you expect good fast service, but when I have to ask meny times of what I want on I want is like I'm talking to someone that on high on drugs who I have a hard time hearing the person cause I'll I can hear is mumble on really low volume voice. And when someone doesn't know how to do change when I give my money to the cashier where the computer should just tell what to give back not have some one pull out there phone calculator just to figure out how much to give back. When I finally got served I felt like I was waiting for 45 minutes unexpectable. Slow and very poor service I've ever had, the food looked very discussing all most to the point where all the vegetables look rotten and I hope to god the meat is fresh. It's very hard to tell cause the metal cover on the counter where the meat, I've never seen that before I feel like someone doesn't what me to see the meat are you hiding something or what. All I can say if chef rams saw that he would be pissed I don't think I want to come back to be honest I wouldn't give any star on that plus i think my woman got food poisoning she got sick after the sandwich. I wouldn't go there if I where you.

This subway has a be the worst in the country, every time I go there I have problems, I was asked to collect two sandwiches from there just now and although I objected to it because of the reputation it has I went, both sandwiches were cold and not toasted and there was hardly any vegetables in them even though my wife asked for extra. I swear I will never go there again.Also the bread was just regular Italian white and we asked for Italian herbs and cheese.

I've never really had a problem with this Subway, until now. I ordered a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch with pickles, cucumbers and lettuce. The only thing that I got was chicken and one strip of bacon. Even then the "chicken" tasted like turkey.

Last visit, no bread, this visit, no toppings. The worst sub, if you want to call it that, I have ever bought. Will never go back. Lost customer for life.

The staff was very rude. They weren’t wearing masks which based on the Subway website all staff is supposed to wear them. Very saddened by this experience
Custoners shouldNOT buy Subway gift cards to use at the Subway in Fair Haven VT. I tried 3 or 4 times and every time the gift card reader was broken and I was told they had to wait for Subway to get around to fixing it. I didn't go in for months and made the mistake of trying again today. This time the gift card scanner was supposedly working, but you can't use it when you use a coupon.I tried to call the number on the gift card and you can't file a complaint there because they have gone to a completely digital system that doesn't take complaints by phone (I can see why). I tried to file a complaint online and their system would not process the complaint.The only solution I can think of is to recommend that Subway customers never buy their gift cards.
