This subway has a be the worst in the country, every time I go there I have problems, I was asked to collect two sandwiches from there just now and although I objected to it because of the reputation it has I went, both sandwiches were cold and not toasted and there was hardly any vegetables in them even though my wife asked for extra. I swear I will never go there again.Also the bread was just regular Italian white and we asked for Italian herbs and cheese.

I've never really had a problem with this Subway, until now. I ordered a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch with pickles, cucumbers and lettuce. The only thing that I got was chicken and one strip of bacon. Even then the "chicken" tasted like turkey.

The staff was very rude. They weren’t wearing masks which based on the Subway website all staff is supposed to wear them. Very saddened by this experience

We recently ordered from this location. When I went in to pick up our food the girl behind the counter burst in to tears? Still not exactly sure why Bc I just told her I was there for an online order. Overall it was a very uncomfortable situation. To top it off they made the order wrong and forgot stuff on it. We will NOT be back to this location on Washington street. Please hire stable people. Thank you!

Custoners shouldNOT buy Subway gift cards to use at the Subway in Fair Haven VT. I tried 3 or 4 times and every time the gift card reader was broken and I was told they had to wait for Subway to get around to fixing it. I didn't go in for months and made the mistake of trying again today. This time the gift card scanner was supposedly working, but you can't use it when you use a coupon.I tried to call the number on the gift card and you can't file a complaint there because they have gone to a completely digital system that doesn't take complaints by phone (I can see why). I tried to file a complaint online and their system would not process the complaint.The only solution I can think of is to recommend that Subway customers never buy their gift cards.

I have always treated the employees at the Subway in Fair Haven with respect. Not only because it is who I am, but because I have seen so many customers be rude to the employees. I was informed when I was approached at the counter that they were out of salami, roast beef, banana peppers, ham, roasted chicken and guacamole. I was also informed that nothing could be toasted. I ordered the turkey, bacon and guacamole wrap (knowing there was no guacamole, which I didn't mind). In making the wrap the young lady put 6 slices of turkey and 2 slices of bacon on the wrap. She then asked me what I would like for toppings. I informed her I would like some pepper jack cheese and inquired about the amount of meat on the wrap. It was like someone flipped a switch on her attitude. She threw her hands up in the air and said, "I am not putting up with this!" as she walked away. She then came back and said, 'But I will ring you up' in a very snide manner. I simply said, 'No you won't, I don't want the wrap'. She would not tell me her name, but being as I live right down the street, I will be back to either talk to the owner or the manager. Or maybe both! I am still shocked that someone who works with the public would behave in such a way.

Went to subway ordered ahead said 10 minutes will be done brought subs home ordered spicy Italian leaf onions sweet peppers no mayo oil and vinegar got sub home it was soaked could not even pick it up to eat bread was real wet and nasty 2nd time it happened never will I ever eat there again waste of money
