Most of my orders at this location take excessively long. Additionally they fill the fry containers halfway. I would not recommend this mcdonald’s. Unless you are super desperate!

This is the biggest joke of a fast food joint doesn't matter if you order here or on the mobile app. They hold everybody up at the drive thru and only let one car order at a time then when you get you to the window they tell you to pull up. All because they want to keep their drive thru times down instead of actually giving you customer service. Always different staff working and always understaffed. Most likely because it's a horrible place to work employees and managers the worst attitudes. 4 years I've been coming here never gets better. Mcdonalds corporate needs to dissolve this location.

Their is never enough staff! Sometimes the same person who takes your order is the one cooking it! Most of the time their is a long wait at the speaker/menu at drive thru just to place your order. Then there is just as long of a wait or more to get your food! And then it's never right, or you're missing something!!! Ordering inside isn't much better!

Cold burgers after a 17min wait ! In the drive thru!
Just ordered 4 meals for the fam. My husband got home with the food and there was no fries! Not just 1 missing or something but they neglected to give us any of our fries and of course they are closed now so there is nothing we can do. $54.00! What a waste. We will go to Middlebury from now on!
