Absolutely Love this place , staff are 100% friendly & polite they literally go out of there way to assure you have a wonderful dining experience , the food is Amazing we have eaten here multiple times and Never have we been disappointed . pricing for the food 100% on point for the quality , such a wonderful and fun place for a special day or night out . don't miss out on this local treasure . just make sure you make your reservation in advance they book quickly .

Great tavern restaurant. Good cocktails. Extensive menu (Inc vegetarian options.) I got the beer cheese soup and mushroom toast. Loved. Friendly attentive service. Fair prices.
You can't go wrong with a meal at the Grafton Inn. My husband had the lamb and it was so tender he could cut it with his fork. I had the filet and they were kind enough to substitute the vegetable to my preference. The filet was cooked absolutely perfectly! Both my husband and I cleaned our plates. Lisa was our server for this meal and she is always so kind and helpful ❤️ A delicious anniversary meal ❤️

Food is always so good at Phelps Barn. We love the brussels sprouts appetizer and the mushroom appetizer. Fish and Chips and beef stew were excellent and the quantities were more than enough. We heard Don Dawson on the guitar and even danced a bit. Just a terrific evening

Phelps barn is my favorite restaurant near where I live. It's our go to place to celebrate. The ambiance is really as important to me as the food. You just feel so happy and comfortable there with the live music and fireplace especially on a cold winter's night. The meals are delicious! The service is excellent. It's expensive but it's worth it.

It was so nice to share a delicious dinner at the Phelps Barn with dear friends. Grafton was covered in a light dusting of snow, which set the tone for a delightful winter evening . We were greeted at the door with smiles of welcome, taken promptly to our table on the upper level which happened to be by the fire place. Such an inviting and cozy feel, great for visiting. Janice took wonderful care of us, we never felt rushed, yet she knew when to check in. The food was not only delicious, but pleasing to the eye as well. We enjoyed the live entertainment, and found ourselves singing along softy at times. We look forward to a return visit soon.

Service was terrific. Food was pretty good, had the Wed. nite burger and beer combo for $17, which included a salad, so good deal. Good burger as well and they had a favorite Long Trail beer on tap, so win-win for me. 1801 room Friday nite, also good service, food also good. Good experience

This was our first time dining at the Grafton Inn. Our family of 4 had Christmas Eve dinner there. The food, service and ambience was wonderful. We look forward to many more delicious dinners at Grafton Inn!!!

We've been returning to Phelps Barn whenever we can. It is a place that makes you feel at home and the service is superb. Food is good and it's like stepping back into the 1800's with the ambiance. There's a reason that they are so busy.
The tavern area has a really pleasant atmosphere these days. Not cheap, really, but now more similar to prices for fine dining in the general area. Good range of fine food and casual food.

What a special place - particularly during the holidays. Consummate charm. Wonderful people. Fantastic food. Our server - Maggie - was excellent. And the musician playing in the barn was SO good - a real talent - perfect touch for a great evening out.

We had a fabulous meal at The Phelps Barn! Live locally and come often but tonight was the best I've ever had! My son had the bolognese and I had the chicken and bacon alfredo and both were delicious! We also had the wings which we do regularly as an appetizer. For dessert we always have their sorbet - tonight blood orange which went well in between bites of the maple sticky bun. Can't believe how much I ate tonight and loved every bite!

The Innkeeper, fabulous and hard working staff have always, made us feel very special every time we have been there.
