Caja Madera did an amazing job catering our wedding. The food was amazing, the service was fast, and they were lovely to work with. Our guests raved about the food. Highly recommend!
Stopped here yesterday on a day trip through Vermont, and it was incredible. I can only compare it to Mosaic, an equally fantastic restaurant in my homestate of Maine, as far as flavors and quality are concerned, because both places put a lot of thought into what they're serving.
My husband tried the chorizo taco and I had the nopales with pinto beans. Corn tortillas were definitely made in house, plus the guacamole accompanying our chips was very fresh...

We had the Caja Madera food truck cater our wedding welcome party a few weeks ago and they were awesome! The tacos were delicious and authentic. Having the truck there really created a fun festival or fair style atmosphere for our party and the guests seemed to like it. The guys on the truck serving the tacos were all very nice and efficient.
