Looking for a treat a couple days ago in City Market. I was instantly attracted to the clear bag of Almond Crunch Cookies in a tidy stack inside. My eye went straight to the NO EGG sticker next to your own label. My mind was made up. When I came home my wife who can read 6 point type without glasses scolded me for not reading the ingredient list. Even though butter is clearly non vegan, we indulged and loved the roasted almond flavor with the light semi sweet chocolate harmony. We certainly hope that a non dairy version will be included soon and we'll do our best to empty the shelves while turning on our plant based community to your delicious temptations.
Just tried two flavors of cake and multiple cookies from this bakery and they were fantastic!!!! Yum!!!! Looking forward to the next time and trying other treats from here.
Love Love Love everything they make in this bakery! The highest quality and most wonderful flavors. The chocolate chip cookies and the chocolate island cookies are so great and the rugalach and chocolate Babka are divine!!

Omg ! What an amazing bakery! We were kinda confused walking into someone’s house, but we were assured that it was the right place/bakery! The lemon cake with blueberries was delicious with a warm cup of tea!! Also delicious chocolate espresso brownie! Please give them a try! You won’t regret it!
Bakery is in a house up a steep hill. Got blueberry & cranberry cream cheese. BIG, but on the dry side.
The best!
Stumbling on the Magic Spoon Bakery was a gift to be sure. Carmela's knishes sent me back to my bubby's kitchen 60 years ago. The linzer tarts we perfect. And the granola was the best I've ever had. We're heading south and I miss it already. Yes, Carmela's bakery is magical.
This bakery and its owner and master baker, Carmela, are nothing short of marvelous. I discovered their baked goods in a coop store. Then I visited Carmela's kitchen, and finally met up with her at a farmers market. She uses only pure, natural ingredients to produce awesome sticky buns, linzer tarts, knishes, granola and a host of other goodies. Do yourself and your palate a favor by trying The Magic Spoon Bakery's delights. But be advised : They're habit forming.
Awesome place! Smells delicious! ☺

Loved everything about this little gem! European flavors with a classic New England twist.
What a bakery!!! The treats are almost as sweet as the folks who run it! Try everything, you will not be disappointed!
