We asked Claudia to make 100 tacos for a party at our house. 3 varieties and they were all delicious. Ordering was easy, each taco came in its own little tray, and our party was a success. Thank you! (Also, the tacos taste amazing the next day as leftovers, too!)

I had Babas cater our company holiday party and it was the best choice that I could have made! Everything showed up hot and on time and it was absolutely delicious! We even had staff using the left over salsas on their lunches the next day. From ordering to delivery everything was simple and stress free. The festive fiesta will be a company tradition going forward.

I recently met Claudia at the Thursday night music series in South Burlington. We set up our Beverage Shack beer and wine trailer early and headed to the food trucks. There she was in front of Ba Ba's Street Food truck. Claudia welcomed me with her beautiful warm smile and calming accent. "Are you hungry" she asked. Minutes later I was holding a plate of Carnitas. Simply put, they are the best I've ever had. Tonight, yes the next day, my family headed to find her place in Hinesburg. We drove by and there was Claudia standing out front. We parked and walked up only to learn she closed at 3. For a moment we were saddened by this news. She invited us in, sat us down and fed my family Carnitas and chicken tacos, complete with fancy infused lemonade.Find her, let her feed you and you'll be hooked for life. We are!!!!

I’ve forever been changed after eating these tacos tonight. They are mouth watering, day dream about for days, makes you want seconds (maybe even thirds) kind of good. We were lucky enough to experience their goodness at an event at Fisher Brothers Farm. The crowd was big and the line was long but let me tell you, it was worth every minute of wait time. Not only was the food perfection but the sweet soul with the big smile working behind the counter was so refreshing. If you get the chance- GET THE TACOS!

Claudia and Andrew did an incredible job at a private event at our house. Everyone raved about the tacos! They arrived early, set up, handled a big crowd (60+), and cleaned up everything before they left. They are truly wonderful to work with!
