The planning help aside, the food and their catering service was spectacular. Some of the server ladies helped me get a stain out of my white (I was the bride) dress after an accidental elbow from a rogue guest, lol. So that will tell you how far the Hindquarter staff will go to make your night go off without a hitch, like they did for ours!
