We went in a little early - the owner served us as the wait staff were not in yet. The food was amazing, the owner was very entertaining! We will be going back for sure!!
Delicious food, kind staff, generous portions. My husband and I came here 3 times over the last 2 years and never were disappointed. A little hidden gem!
Amazing food, generous portions, good prices. My favorite restaurant in the area.
Food was awful.. spaghetti was mush and the meatballs had no flavor and barely any sauce which was very watery for $24. Chicken parm was a small cutlet and a half which had under done coating and the same water sauce for $24. Very small side salad (maybe a 4oz soup bowl) was the best part for $10. Was charged $2 for a tap water. $3 for a 1/2 wine glass of ginger ale. Took an HOUR AND 15 minutes to get our food. We were one of 4 tables there. Waitress was nice.
Authentic food and Italian warmth of a great owner. Our favorite in Vermonts NEK
Best Italian food around! Owners are spectacular. Our favorite place.
This is a true hidden gem in Island pond Vermont. I drove 8 1/2 hours from northern Maine just to have dinner here. This is the ultimate place to get fresh authentic Italian food. The owner is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. If you're in the Island Pond Vermont area I highly recommend to anyone to definitely try this place out
We were given a gift certificate otherwise we wouldn't have never known about this place. So grateful to have found this place. Absolutely love the food. The people were great, so nice. We will definitely be back!!!
This wonderful establishment is a GEM! Popped in for dinner and it was fantastic! Served in the hot pan it was cooked in! Our waitress was also spectacular, even boxed our food and told us how to re-heat it! Will be back every time!

Eating Gerardo's food has been a treat for me over the last couple of decades at his varied restaurants throughout Vermont and new hampshire. Service is always great, outdone only by the food. The dining area could use an update, but I'm not pretentious and I don't mind sitting and eating in the dated dining room. Everything is clean and that's good enough for me
Parking: There's a small parking lot across the street from the restaurant. It isn't obvious if you haven't been there before. Nonetheless, it's a small restaurant and there is adequate parking.

AMAZING hole in the wall,Gem! Dinner was fantastic! Waitress was wonderful and even boxed our food! Favorite part: food coming out hot in the pan it was cooked in!
An absolute treasure. Everything here is absolutely delicious and the personal is super nice, authentic Italians
They were very easy going and helpful when I explained that I was a Vegan. On the first day I ordered the pizza bruschetta and on the second day, the Puttanesca without shrimps or anchovies.
Vegetarian options: I was able to customize my Puttanesca to make it Vegan

Fantastic made to order Italian food in the great North East Kingdom. Real home cooked fare in a unpretentious homey restaurant with friendly service.

After living in Vermont for a couple years I tried this restaurant on a whim as I had a craving for Italian food, and wow it is GOOD. I have lived a lot of places around the US and have never had better pizza. The dough, the sauce, the cheese, toppings, it all works together so beautifully. Our favorite is a spinach, tomato, and ricotta pizza and let me tell you the ricotta is absolutely heavenly, nothing like what you can buy in a store in the US. I’ve also tried the eggplant Parm and eggplant rollatini and both are fabulous. Tiramisu is soft and decadent, best I’ve ever tried. And if you order garlic bread, try it the way Gerardo suggests, “pizza style”, you won’t regret it. I have talked to Gerardo quite a bit when I go in and he is such a nice guy, you can tell his heart goes into every dish. This is a gem of a place. Can’t wait to try even more of the menu!
