This place is excellent old fashioned service, Mark and Kathy are amazing people. I'd recommend staying here to anyone who enjoys a perfect relaxing time and being treated like people by other people not just customers! Also the food at the restaurant is just phenomenal 5/5 from me

Didn't lodge at Ruthcliffe, just ate at the restaurant. The service, the quality of the food, and the unbeatable views make it totally worth the trip to this hidden gem in Isle La Motte. Reservations required.Food & drinks: Dinner can be enjoyed outdoors and it is a great experience all around with friendly staff and delicious food and beautiful lake views.

In the most unlikely place, a campground and summer lodge lies a culinary experience worth the adventure to get to. After meandering through the beautiful Champlain Islands and traveling on secondary roads, we arrived. The evening we were there it was cool and rainy. We still chose to sit on the covered deck. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. I ordered the short rib with garlic mashed potatoes. The other dinners in the party ordered rack of lamb and seafood Alfredo. All...
