The service at Casey’s Caboose was absolutely horrendous. It took about 30 minutes just to place our drink order, which is completely unacceptable. Once we finally had drinks, we were never checked on again — no refills, no follow-up, nothing.

To make matters worse, anything we asked the waitress felt like an inconvenience. There was no sense of hospitality or care at all, just irritation and indifference. We felt ignored and unwelcome for most of the visit.

If I could give the service zero stars, I would. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend Casey’s Caboose.

I usually prefer dive bars but this place is absolutely disgusting, dirty, and dingy. Service was terrible and wings were inedible. some friends and I were planning to eat dinner here, but we actually ended our night early to go elsewhere because the wings were so nasty. I have nothing positive to say about this place. I’m local, but it’s clear they are banking on taking advantage of tourists who don’t know any better. Do yourselves a favor and go literally anywhere else on the access road.

Wow, this was terrible. Fish tacos had no flavor and the fish was tough, the blackened chicken pasta was over-spiced and had no flavor and the chicken parm was passable. The only thing we were agreement on was the pretzel app. Extremely disappointed and definitely not going back.

This place is fun! My wife and I came in for a light dinner while in Killington and were not disappointed. The cajun rubbed wings were great. I was only disappointed that we just missed free wing happy hour! The variety of local beers and spirits did not disappoint. We came at an off time and were able to connect with the bartender and a server who were wonderful and gave us recommendations for the next stop on our stay in Burlington. We'll be back when we make it up to Vermont again!

Waited over 20 minutes to be seated. After 10 minutes of waiting, a man told us they had plenty of tables, but he had to find staff to seat us. Pesto primavera pasta had no flavor at all. Some acid would have helped immensely, but the waitress never brought lemon wedges after asking for them. French onion soup was too salty. Very noisy restaurant!

We waited at the door for ten minutes to get seated. Once seated waited 20 minutes to place our order. We then waited 40 minutes for our food. My husbands food didn’t come with mine. Not sure what happened there. I felt bad for our server as the food was a kitchen issue. She spent the evening apologizing for other people’s issues.
