this place rocks. great vibe, kind staff, and killer food. sticky bun was insane. apple cider donut was top tier. even the oatmeal was goated. always trust a bakery with a porch.
Parking: park in the huge parking lot just to the right of the bakery, which is shared with a bar.

Quaint and delicious! A very endearing and reasonably priced spot.
Just went to the bakery for the first time I a fee years. Food took forever to get, which is typical, but the new issue was with my food, which has never happened before.
My first half was fine, nothing to write home about. More tomato than smoked salmon, and the pieces of tomato were thicker than the salmon too ?
The second half!!! Had a peice of salmon so small it didn't even cover a whole fork. All tomato. I got goat cheese added to the sam, there was just as much goat cheese as salmon. Aka basically none. So I got a half a sandwich that was edible, and a half that is bread, bacon, and soggy commodity tomato. It is supposed to be the smoked salmon sandwich, for reference.
So disappointing bc it's a pretty expensive place, and a sandwich should be easily executable, esp if that's your whole menu.
...pic quality abysmal, you can see the only salmon which I had to dig out of some spinach, pile of tomatoes in the back, and not really any goat cheese to be found. Guess I'm having s bacon sandwich for bfast today!

Tried to go to this place a couple times but they were always closed, finally caught them open and wanted to get a coffee. It was pour your own but they charged just over $8.50 for 2 cups and it was horrible tasting, worse than an office pot that’s been sitting for 6 months without being cleaned. Never going back and did not drink the rest it was so bad. Rip off for bad quality.
Adorable little bakery. Such a cute charm to it. Cookies all tasted so good. Snickerdoodle was amazing. Very fresh tasting. My 8 year old said it’s the best chocolate chip cookie in the world.

We were a huge group visiting from Boston and looking for a good breakfast. This spot did not disappoint; the staff helped us out so much, and they got every single order correct.
We got their sandwiches, drinks, and pastries, and every single item was a hit. We will be visiting whenever we end up in Killington again. Cheers to Sunup Bakery!!!

I came here every day during my stay in Killington bc the food is incredible. On day 1, I had a maple bacon scone that I could not stop thinking about. On all three days, I had the chorizo and egg bagel which was sooo good I had to keep coming back for more. The quality of the ingredients are incredible. So fresh. The coffee is really good too. The staff are really kind and work quick even though there’s lots of patrons! You should definitely come eat here!

They put plastic hearts resembling sprinkles on the cake I bought. When I called to let them know, they argued with me that the hearts were indeed edible until I proved it to them that they were not. I set the hearts on fire to see what they were made from and then did a google search and learned that they were indeed polymer clay. Then the owner called me and I told her to look into it. She called back and I asked her to email me instead as my dog had just died and I haven’t heard back from her in 3 weeks. So first they fed me plastic. Then they scoffed at me as if I were just trying to get free cake and even told me they “got the sprinkles at a bake shop” (Micheal’s isn’t a bake shop but okay) then they begrudgingly offered me a refund which I still haven’t received because they’ve stopped communicating with me.

This place is a gem. Everything is made with care , isn’t rushed, and tastes amazing. Staff is lovely. The London Fog is the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back! Every sandwich is also offered in a bowl if you are low card/GF.
Vegetarian options: Egg, salsa and Avo on English muffin is delicious.

If you are looking for a place to wait 45 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese. You found your place. Not worth the wait and they also won’t let you order on the phone.
