Excellent food with a good variety of choices. Our party ordered a wide variety and everybody enjoyed their meal. The decor was very nice and an excellent atmosphere. We were a bit upset to find out that they would not accept individual bills and we had to pay with a maximum of 6 credit cards. I've never heard that before.

Wife and I got carry out, as we just got into town. We had bacon wrapped dates, chicken marmalade, and porcini mushroom ravioli.
The atmosphere was beautiful, grounds were picturesque, and staff was friendly. Food was very good and we enjoyed it. We would love to come back and dine in !

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at the Foundry last night and it was so spectacular. We were a little nervous because our reservation was for 7:30 and there was a line out the door that didn’t move for a good 10 minutes and we heard the hostess telling people an hour and a half wait, but we didn’t have to wait at all, as soon as we checked in at the host table, we were brought to our table and promptly greeted by our server, Chad. Chad was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, we were never waiting on him once. We ordered the burrata caprese to start which was phenomenal. I got the pesto gnocchi which was great and the portion was very large. My boyfriend got the mushroom ravioli which he LOVED. I don’t know the next time we’ll be back in Killington, but this is a must stop and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I've been here twice. The first time we went for lunch. Food was excellent. The service is good if a little slow considering we were one of 3 tables.
Considering the first visit we returned another time for dinner. This time we had drink with our food.
Again, the food was good and the service was a bit slow. But the DRINKS. We ordered 5 drinks 6 OUNCE DRINKS. These 5 drinks cost a little over $120 . Tequila and soda with lime came with a $2 charge to muddle a single lime. $460 for 4 adults total. Someone managing this place must have visited Manhattan and decided their prices should reflect that.

So loud. Don’t plan on having a conversation. Live music is too loud. Great for a bar. Not a restaurant. Ordered 2 steaks. Both overcooked. Duck wings were fabulous. Lamb chops not so much. Overcooked and tough. Beer wasn’t cold.

Edit: SO disappointed. After two excellent meals last year, we were looking forward to returning. The food was uneven. The bread was excellent, but my chopped salad was mostly lettuce and oil and so tasteless I didn't eat it. The salmon was perfectly cooked but almost flavorless. My mom had the lamb parpadalle. There was about a tablespoon of dried out flavorless meat on top of noodles with a sauce that tasted like someone opened a can of Hunts and watered it down. Her replacement lamb lollypops were excellent. Service was friendly but inattentive. We needed to flag her down any time we needed something, and the only time she came to check on how we were doing is when my mom had one bite left of her replacement dinner. If they were a little less expensive I might give them another try but with their prices I wouldn't want to take the risk. We won't return. 2024 review: We had two great meals here during our week in Killington. The scallops were incredible, as were the steaks. Service was very good. We will definitely be back next year!

We first visited The Foundry at Summit Pond about 5 years ago during the pandemic, and it was such a gift to be dining somewhere so exceptionally cozy and delicious in those times. Coming back in 2025, we were thrilled to find that same ski-town charm, only now with a much busier, lively vibe. Live music by Liz Reedy was a bonus! 🎶 The food is excellent (still!), and our waiter Chad was absolutely darling - so personable, attentive, and fun to chat with. After a couple of their considerate pours, I accidentally called him Robert twice (oops!) and worried I might’ve offended him, but he handled it with total grace. All in all, The Foundry remains a Killington gem - delicious food, great drinks, and warm service. We’ll absolutely be back!
I recently went to this restaurant for dinner and it was a 10/10 experience. The waitress was so friendly, kind, and answered any questions I had. The food was delicious, everything cooked really well and if you order steak they have you cut into it to make sure it's cooked to your liking.
Really beautiful setting...right on the water if you sit outside. A great experience

Gorgeous place but we came in kind of late on Friday night and felt a bit forgotten on a corner. Party of six. Food and service took forever and when they came, they were ready to close down. I’d give them another shot on a more lively day, I’m sure it would be better.

On 16th August 2025, with heartfelf joy, I have proudly stated to my family and friends that I have tasted the best burger my young and naive senses will ever perceive. The Foundry Burger. Better described as a triumph of taste, simplicity and complexity. An ossimoric dance of crispy bacon, tender bread, crunchy onion and juicy tomato orchestrated by their queen: the Meat. Ahhh that meat. Blessed was the cow and to be kissed the hands of the cook. I will be haunted for the rest of my life by the taste ive been honoured to perceive. Soft, surprising, explosive.
A wise man (Mr Andy Bernard) once said “I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them”. Well, I was fully aware of being in the best of meals and when I left it I felt both gratefully breathtaken and deeply emptied of something. I suprised myself wondering and graving simultaneously. Ill die in peace, knowing I have encountered perfection in the form of a burger.
All my most sincere thanks to the staff and the country.
Feel lucky to be alive in this century.
