We first visited The Foundry at Summit Pond about 5 years ago during the pandemic, and it was such a gift to be dining somewhere so exceptionally cozy and delicious in those times. Great atmosphere, I think this place is under rated for the food prep to be honest. Ashley was our server and was wonderful and accommodating. The food was good, but for the prices people are paying, we expect a little better. I say this because the kitchen seemed to have a hard time getting a lot of the food hot, you can tell it was reheated (which is fine), but not reheated enough and likely reheated too soon. Love this place! A little dated in decor, but amazing food, drinks and service. We went with our friends who like very different cuisine than we. We like healthy and fresh food, while they prefer rich and indulgent food. We were all delighted with everything. They also had an amazing singer/musician. Will be back!
