Absolutely fantastic little place. Vegan options clearly labeled. Had miso ramen and Bahn Mi, both delicious! But the best part of the experience was the staff, so kind and caring. Will be coming back!
We ate here 3 nights in a row the food was so good! We had the coco curry ramen, miso ramen and spicy miso ramen, the mushroom bao buns and the tofu summer roll. Everything was amazing! The mushrooms on the bao buns were so flavorful! The noodles and broth were also so good! The people who work here are also so sweet and it was very easy to figure out what was vegan.
Would give 5 stars. Awesome options that are vegan or can be veganized like the magic mushroom bao buns, vegan bahn mi, spring rolls, and miso ramen/spicy miso ramen. All food was extremely flavorful and fresh. Folks are so nice and told us all the things they could veganize. They even were about to call us to remind us about pick because they were worried our food would get cold (total Vermont vibe). The inside space is really cool. Will definitely be visiting anytime we are...
