Interior Is gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and kind. The meal was delicious and the pastry I took home was awesome. If I'm traveling through the state again I'd happily stop in again.

Overpriced products. Food is good but way overpriced. I heard some of the products they sell are purchased at thrift stores and the price is sold at 3 to 4 times the cost they paid for it. The owner is only interested in how much money she brings in rather than the service she provides. She is very inconsiderate to the customers and even tells her customers not to shop at the other stores and restaurants in the area because they are “dirty and provide terrible service”. That is not helpful to the community at all but then again she is only in it for her own monetary gain. I would much rather eat at the diner next door, the food is delicious and affordable and the owners are wonderful people. She will not be getting my business ever again.

Omg! Love, love, love this little cafe. AMAZING coffee, they had fantastic sandwich menu , incredible gourmet pizza slice to go (crispy bacon, prosciutto, Gorgonzola, roasted peaches, candied cranberries, spinach). I think I got that right…anyways so good!!! Definitely will return again and again!

My husband and I just treated ourselves to our annual visit to the Garden Cafe. Our dinner there has become an annual celebratory meal for us. This year, as always, we were "wowed" by Chef Judy's incredible gourmet offerings. We both loved our appetizer -- the Baby Arugula Salad -- with incredibly fresh ingredients, including a watermelon radish, which, not being gourmets ourselves, was a first! Such a beautiful and fresh vegetable -- a perfect addition to this farm to table salad. And then we both enjoyed the same entree -- an amazing preparation of Halibut where Chef Judy managed to prepare the most tender and succulent rendition of Halibut Cheeks. We love seafood and this was a five star dish, trust me -- lighly breaded with Panko, quickly fried, and served to order. The atmosphere is cozy -- warmed by a remarkable round hearth fireplace designed by Judy's husband, Tom. The dining experience at the Garden Cafe is further embellished by the art work with which the diner is surrounded -- paintings and sculptures -- all for sale, many very unique and fascinating pieces. Already, we have made our reservation for our 2021 meal at the Garden Cafe. We can't wait to see Chef Judy again and would recommend her restaurant to anyone seeking deliciously fresh and creative dishes along with an atmosphere of cozy artistry!

My late husband, artist Jerry Pfohl, used to sell his artwork through the Garden Gallery. I just did a Google search of my late husband's name and discovered that the owners of the Garden Gallery, Thomas and Judith Platt, sold one of Jerry's paintings, "Still Life of Oranges and Pears" at auction in Pittsburgh in December 2016 without my knowledge or consent and pocketed the money from the sale. I should have received $1,125 (50% of the retail price) from the sale of the painting, for which I was never compensated.

We visited this art gallery / restaurant. Fantastic works. Wonderful owner gave us a personal tour of the gallery. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open that day. But we'll be back.

The food was very good. The service needs improving upon. Not sure if the night we were there they were shot on wait staff, or if the crowd was just to large for them. The food made it all worth the wait.

This is a review for the Garden Market - The store associated with the restaurant. We arrived at the Garden Market about 5 minutes before their 6 pm closing to buy some cheese. The employees were outside taking down the "open" signs. When we asked if we can buy some cheese the young woman with glasses stomped back into the store. Her only word to us was "what?". Our confused look lead her to ask "What do you want"? She was so rude that I will never shop there again. Too bad as the store looked really nice.
