I had chicken tenders. Some of the worst I’ve ever had, the friedness of it was disgusting and too much. The chicken was hard, clearly been in the freezer for months. The fries were slimy and made me nauseous. I ordered honey mustard and whatever they gave me was something with the most disgusting and disturbing taste and texture.only good part was our server that was very nice.

Worst service experience in our parties lives. The hostess working on Thursday Feb 5th that has an eyebrow ring threw our plates on the table, bad enough that the party next to us was in disbelief and talked to us about how rude it was. We sat there for another 5 minutes with no service so we decided to walk out in disbelief.

We specifically asked if dumplings were boiled or fried. Told they’re fried. In reality they were boiled/steamed. When we mentioned waitress just laughed. Didn’t offer to take off our bill. Ordered fish and chips and both were real dark, like old oil used to fry them. Ordered wine and was not initially put in and had to ask again after 2 others in our group got asked about a second drink.

Excellent food. The steak and the pasta are unreal good. This is absolutely a must stop and eat place.
We enjoyed our steaks. They came with salad, bread, and a side (I got a baked potato and my date had the fries).
The food is great. The atmosphere is good but it doesn't really match the 5 star vide the restaurant is going for. It's got charm though. The service was okay. *DEFINITELY* not 5 star service. When you Google the restaurant, that's the first thing you see is them touting their five star restaurant. If that's the case, the service needs to come up a couple stars. Specifically, don't play favorites with the locals, standing next to our table, smiling and chatting up a local for 5 minutes at a time and then coming over with no smile and being monosyllabic. It felt like it was a bother to serve us (same thing happened two years ago when we were here). If you're going to serve in a tourist town, maybe pretend to be nice to the tourists?
