Employees extremely nice. I used to work at another dunkin and because of that I was given a free 3 munchkins. Extremely respectful and I would've done the same had the roles reversed. A great place to stop by with the family! This dunkin is underrated and is far better than the one in Springfield. Would recommend.

I was so excited to see a dunkin in Ludlow when we were visiting there . Everything went wrong with this one ! Location wise it was good , very close proximity to many things around. It’s next to a gas station, so , it looked extremely crowded for parking . There was only one spot for parking on the left side and a few more on the right , and it’s tough to get one .

Service was slowww , and ordering was also very slow. They looked short staffed for the customers coming in. What we order wasn’t what we got : we ordered 4 hashbrowns and got only 3 … ordered a sandwich WITHOUT meat and yeah - they did it with meat …. Coffee was tooo milky and even with a shot of espresso extra , it didn’t taste like a latte that we drink elsewhere . Refresher was really good . Apart from that nothing else was really good. A very average experience with this Dunkin outlet . 2 stars !

They we busy, which my husband and I understood. We waited patiently, but when we talked to a team member regarding the coffees not tasting right, we were met with a bit of attitude. Unfortunately, we were not The only customers that seemed to have a bad experience.

Very empty building, depressing, wait time this AM for a coffee and bagel was over 20min. As always, out of cinnamon raisin bagels and at 930 am your entire back shelf shouldn't religiously be empty of product. Its not because you sell it, its because you dont order it and prepare it.Terribly managed and disappointed daily.

The bathroom door lock has been broken for weeks, and I brought it to an employee's attention who then brought it to their managers attention. You would think that the manager would at least put a sign on the door if they're not going to have it fixed!
