Very empty building, depressing, wait time this AM for a coffee and bagel was over 20min. As always, out of cinnamon raisin bagels and at 930 am your entire back shelf shouldn't religiously be empty of product. Its not because you sell it, its because you dont order it and prepare it.Terribly managed and disappointed daily.

How to ruin my Valentines Day. We frequent DD weekly and may I say you always skimp on the white cream doughnuts… but I got NO cream today. You can certainly afford to add enough cream.

The bathroom door lock has been broken for weeks, and I brought it to an employee's attention who then brought it to their managers attention. You would think that the manager would at least put a sign on the door if they're not going to have it fixed!

Do NOT pay for your drink until you’ve received it. They start an orders that came in after you before you get yours. I should’ve known something was wrong when there was three coffees sitting, waiting to be picked up and no one was there to pick them up. Assuming they left before their order was done too .I placed my order and other people came in after me placed their order and they started getting their order before mine I got a simple coffee, not cool. Need to be better organized!

Workers were overwhelmingly unhelpful to the customer ahead of me, who was a simple question about what came in a drink. They more or less shrugged without answering and didn't even attempt to find an answer. Other than that, it's a gas-station Dunkin.

Been here half a dozen times, each time out of sheer desperation and want for a place that doesn't have a line. Even though this place has these things, avoid it like you would a mad dog! Their donuts are brick hard. And the one lady that works there will growl at you, so much so, I'd wager that she were the mad dog previously mentioned. Go elsewhere.
