The three employees working today were complaining about how busy it was even though there was no one else in there. Still managed to get our order wrong as well. We came back to get it fixed and now there’s a line of five people.

Genuinely one of the most Dunkins I have been to. One of the bathroom doors is broken so you can't lock it, service was painfully slow with only 2 customers waiting. There was another customer with a bug in her coffee and instead of offering an immediate apology and remake her coffee, no apology was made and they had to check with the manager first. It took the manager 5 minutes to come out, during which a new coffee was still not made and no other customers were tended to. The manager then went on to publicly explain that there's a pest problem and pest control hasn't been able to do anything. Like how do you say that in front of customers in the lobby??? My cold brew (the inexplicably tasted burned) was made incorrectly and I asked if they could please add the syrup that was forgot. Again, no "sorry, we will add that for you", but rather the two employees started to bucket between themselves if this drink should even have the syrup or if they added it in the first place. Again, everyone can hear them. The complete disregard for the customer experience and a lack of professionalism had me shocked. Couple that with a dirty interior and the publicly acclaimed pest problem (straight from what I can assume is the manager's mouth), I have to strongly recommend people do not come here. If I could give a negative star review I would.

If you want breakfast before 8 a.m. in Ludlow, this is really your only choice. It was about a 2.5 mile drive from our hotel, but we ended up here each of the 3 days we were in the area. It is built into a gas station (or they added a set of pumps to the donut shop - take your pick). Parking is mostly on-street; the lot is tiny and taken up with the gas pumps. Each day we came in the place was busy but they handled orders quickly. The staff always seemed to be having a good time, too, which was nice. Also, this appeared to be somewhat of a meeting place for locals to catch up on news. Depending on how much you want for breakfast, this may be 'light'. On the 3rd day I got a medium coffee, a plain cake donut, and a bag of hash brown bites. That was fine. They have some breakfast sandwiches too but no smoothies. Overall, the selection here was more limited than some other Dunkin' locations, but it probably due to space. There is no drive thru.

Ordered one large ice coffee that was made incorrectly the first time. Brought it back to be re-made and they still didn’t make it right. If I am going to spend over $6.00 on a coffee, it should be made the way I ordered it. Looks like some employees need be re-trained on customer service and how to properly read a ticket. It’s a shame that management has let this location become just another Dunkin.. As a previous Dunkin employee, I was extremely displeased with this location.
This is my every morning stop on my way to work and I just want to say how pleasant everyone at this location is. The manager and staff always do the best they can do even in busy situations and still work with a smile on their faces even when this location is busy due to the heavy amount of tourists. The staff are all wonderful and such a pleasant group of faces to see first in the morning. Thank you for all you guys do, your great!Kid-friendliness: Whenever my kids come in with me they always make sure to greet them also, it’s nice to see them acknowledged also
