Highly recommend this cute motel with great location! The room is very clean and has everything for travellers, also there is a pantry/coffee room locates at 2nd floor. Close to Okemo Clocktower Base and at the center of Ludlow, walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Has the most popular bar in the town with fire pits. New, clean room with modern design, invisible service with super fast response. The owner also owns the Homestyle Hotel (restaurant cross the street), I forgot my bag (all important cards, cash, keys inside) at the restaurant the night before check out but only realize when I was going to leave the hotel at the following morning, the invisible service housekeeping team and the owner helped to find my lost bag within 30min and nothing lost. Amazing turnaround and nice people! I will definitely stay here again when i visit Okemo in the future!Rooms: Modern, clean, new. Like the design.Walkability: Waking distance to all Ludlow restaurants and shops. Locate at the center of the town.

Great place for a drink after skiing! In December, they deck the place out with decorations and have Christmas themed cocktails in unique mugs, also available for purchase of course. Not the cheapest drinks but it's more about the atmosphere and experience. It's Holiday time and Main and Mountain celebrates Miracle on Main Street decorating their space in the most festive ways. We took our 15 month grandson so that he can experience the grander of the decorations, music and Santa of course. Main and Mountain is a fabulous bar and small bites restaurant. Their parent company is the Homestyle Hostel which is my favorite restaurant in Ludlow!!! We came for a cocktail and the festivities. The Main and Mountain bartenders concoct the best cocktails you will ever have. They are famous for their Good 'Ole Boy which is a bourbon drink with pear nectar, bitters, Amaro and a burnt orange syrup. Simply amazing. Tonight I had the Snowball Manhattan. It actually had a frozen snowball for the ice. It was so amazing with its gingerbread notes. So tasty. We also had the "Grinch" which was a pistachio and rum cocktail. So good. Check it out. I am sure you will dream of the cocktails, beautiful atmosphere and lovely staff.

Absolutely beautiful rooms and top notch service. This hotel has everything you will need for a stay in Ludlow. It's located in a fantastic spot in town so you can walk to food and shopping. They have an incredible bar downstairs where you can get food and sit by a fire. This spot is a favorite!! They have all the amenities you would want and need along with fantastic service!

What an awesome find!First off, we loved getting a text the morning we were to arrive, with what room we were in and the door code.Second, we are traveling with 3 older kids and the queen, queen/twin bunk bed was simply perfect. The beds are super comfy and there's outlets by each of the beds which was a nice convienence.Third, the TV swivels, which maybe isn't a big deal but was nice.Fourth, there were actually enough towels and then some for a room that fits 5 people. I'm not sure why some places think a room that fits more than 2 people only need 2 towels. It's baffling. So thank you for providing plenty of towels!Fifth, the bathroom/shower space is super clean and has everything you need. A clean bathroom/shower is essential.Sixth, the binder with all the information you need or are curious about was very informative. We loved reading about all the food options and get insider views on suggestions!Seventh, the table, chairs, fridge, large garbage can, full length mirror, iron, ironing board and all the different tables around the room were all so wonderful! It made it feel so roomy in a little space. Well done!In a nut shell, we wished we were staying longer because Main + Mountain is in our top favorite places of spaces we've stayed at in all our travels!

Had a great overnight stay. They even put fresh flowers in our room, which was such a nice touch. The bed was super-comfy. We didn't have problems with noise, but did notice a kind note indicating that there may sometimes be noise from the bar, so they provided a bedside sound machine and 2 pairs of sleep earplugs, just in case.We also had a couple of drinks and bites to eat at the bar downstairs. The employees were very friendly and the food and drinks were excellent.Would definitely recommend!Just a note- our stay was in September, which is technically their off-season.
What a great little hotel! The room is stocked with many thoughtful amenities (earplugs, etc) and self serve coffee and tea all day! Would highly recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with great shower. Good location to walk to restaurants, coffee, and close to Okemo for great hiking and fun alpine coaster in the summer. We were prepared for noise from traffic and bar/restaurant but not from our room location near staff doors. If you are planning to go to bed before 11:30 PM request not to be in Room 1. Wish we had screens to open windows and enjoy cool Vermont summer temps.

A+++! Fun boutique motel. Great sense of humor and fantastic staff. Everyone we encountered over the course of a week was pleasant and accommodating. Budding great chef in bar. We were able to taste her experimental kimchi fried rice...she put the same dish we had in a 5 star VT restaurant to shame. Bartenders are super talented and made us feel like family. Self serve 24 hour coffee bar was added bonus. Wish there was an easy way to get from Texas to Ludlow, VT but feel sure we will try it again. Our kind of place.
