Great atmosphere, local charm with VT craft beers on tap. Good burgers, just remember to order your fries separately!

The food is usually ok, though the brussel sprouts are usually burnt. The service though leaves a lot to be desired, we've been hung up on the phone while trying to get help (and no, we weren't rude at all. ) I understand being busy, but if the customer isn't being rude and is just trying to get food, there's no excuse for hanging up on them.

Over priced, burger was average, had to pay extra for fries. Just avoid this place.

That's the last time my wife and I go there. After last night, we will never be back. Ever. By the way, the live band was trash.

FOOD - I ordered the double smash burger. Boring, dry, overpriced. For $16 you only get the burger. Nothing else. No fries, chips, pickles or anything. My husband ordered the eggplant Parmesan sub. Tiny, also didn’t come with anything else for $16, and wasn’t good. Two other people from our party ordered a pulled pork sandwich and another burger. My son ordered the OTR Pizza that the waitress was raving about. We heard this place serves good pizza. Well we never got to find out because it never came out. We finished our food and the pizza still did not arrive. That’s when the waitress told us that only one oven is working and that it will be another 20 minutes. Should’ve told us this in the beginning! So we asked for our bill and we got food for my son somewhere else.
ATMOSPHERE - loud and overcrowded. There were a ton of kids who were running around coming from the game room and into the restaurant area. They were screaming, jumping and playing tag. No one from the restaurant staff did anything.

OVERALL - we will not be back. The food isn’t that great and overpriced. Servers don’t seem to care that your food is delayed coming out.

A mediocre experience from start to finish. Apps arrived just after main course, server never checked in on the meal and the food was fair. There are better options available.

Excellent massive pizzas. Service was good, but slow, but they were a tad swamped with people. Fun place, has an arcade for kids too. Only needed to wait a few minutes despite having a party of 8.

Good food and the staff was great. Prices are high but it's a resort area so that's expected. With that said, watch out for the 15$ wings. They only have 6 wings in the order.

Great spot, but the older woman bartender could benefit from being a tad nicer! 5 stars other than her

We had dinner here for a bachelor party group of 11. We had a reservation, and upon arriving we were asked to wait while they prepped our table. 20 minutes later we were told our table had been given to another party. We were crammed into a small corner and had to find our own seats and silverware.

Our waiter opened with “I’m bringing waters for everyone.” When they never came, we reminded him and he gave us a pitcher of water from the table beside ours that had just left. We had to ask for cups.

Several of us got food that was cold, and everything was overpriced. No fries with a $20 burger? Not worth the proximity to Okemo. This dump is a tourist trap. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We made a reservation that was ignored, our table was given away in front of our faces, we were shoved in a corner where we cobbled our own table together which actually had me standing in front of the stage before a band went on. After I got my own chair, we were served no water or cutlery. Our server seemed to be in charge of the whole floor. Food was fast but still cold somehow. Pizza was served on an upside down sheet pan instead of a pizza pan, and the leftover box wasn’t even big enough for the pizza. Our water was eventually grabbed from a table that had left and hadn’t used theirs. And even then we were given no cups. We were told and could see that they were understaffed but we would have stayed for a few hours and enjoyed the band if we had been treated respectfully. We tried to address these issues with the restaurant manager as we left, she seemed over her head and didn’t seem to care. There are much nicer watering holes, look for another option if you want a fun night.

Parking: There was a giant phallus drawn in snow in the parking lot
