My boyfriend and I stopped at The Cookster on our way to Okemo for a ski weekend. We both thoroughly enjoyed a generous serving of Cowboy Pie. This hot dish was a combination of spiced beef with onions, Poblano peppers and tomatoes layered on top of a hearty mixture of corn and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes! It was literally the PERFECT meal to have prior to hitting the slopes. We did have to wrestle a sleeping pupper to get to the bathroom (LOL...we loved him)...but other than...

We stopped by to pick up some take out food for dinner. Everything was delicious! We had chicken thighs, roasted potatoes, green beans in vinaigrette, and the most amazing brownies for dessert.

OMG!!! The food is so good. I bought the Sweet potato soup with poblano, Chicken salad with bacon and blueberries and baked mac and cheese everything was DELICIOUS!!!! 10/10. I really recommend this little GEM. The owner is so nice and a marvelous cook congrats!!!!
