What a special experience! This isn't just fine dining, it's a full on lovely experience that is worth every Penny! The food was as high quality as it gets, the service was as personalized and attentive as it gets and you couldn't be more comfortable and satisfied with every delicious sip and bite. Our DG dinner blew our expectations out of the snow!! We cannot wait to get back for our next special occasion.

Make a backup plan because you cannot rely on their reservation system. They canceled on us day of despite scheduling in advance (at 12am the day reservations opened) and confirming via text the night before

We experienced an absolutely perfect evening. Abby and Rogan effortlessly blend together exceptional meals, drinks, and service, creating an unparalleled dining experience. I think this has become my all-time favorite restaurant.

I had eaten here dozens of times pre covid--this was my first opportunity to revisit one of my favorite spots in Ludlow again. Plan ahead--it's not easy to get a table. The model has changed, no longer are there tons of people crammed in--they seem to take a handful of tables and do their best to superserve those lucky enough to get a reservation. It's an experience...savor it. Abby will work with you to identify the perfect wine and explain every detail. The menu is limited but with that you get ultra fresh and flavorful dishes. We had the shrimp & grits and Ribeye for our entrees and both were amazing. As a former restauranteur I applaud them for doing what works for their family. If you are lucky enough to get a table enjoy every moment--we did.

Abby and Rogan are a dream team and this restaurant is one of the loveliest, most delicious meals and overall fantastic dining experiences we have had in a while. When I set up the reservation I got a text from Abby herself which I was shocked by.Abby recommended the most delicious wines, and when she told us about the menu she made everything sound divine. We ordered the prosciutto wrapped swordfish, tuna, heirloom tomato salad and gnocchi. Oh my heavens. Delicious is an understatement! A true culinary experience!!When you come here make sure you have 2-3 hours to spend enjoying the dinner because they are a one man kitchen operation. It is worth it but more of an evening dinner than a quick in and out. Great for a special event, celebration or a wonderful way to treat yourself on vacation as it is a bit pricier. But again, entirely worth it!

This was truly an unforgettable meal. The food was very high-end but not pretentious; the service was very welcoming. I would go out of my way to dine here again.

This is definitely one of the top restaurants in Ludlow.Just the two owners running the place, so not many seatings per night. But this is really a culinary delight - food is so well prepared - could have been eating at a top restaurant in NYC.We had the Pappardelle Bolognese and Shrimp and Grits and both were some of the best we ever had. Everything homemade, including the bread that comes out for starters. Also, they add some top bartending skills to their repertoire. And given that they only have limited seating, its a very intimate and pleasant setting. The one downside is that the prices are high, but you are getting what you pay for. Just need to make reservations well in advance - we took the 5:30 seating just so we could get in.

We had been to this restaurant pre-pandemic and had a wonderful time and so we were excited to go back. Wow - don't do it. It's a total scheme for tourists in town to ski. The food is fine, but it's a waste of money. You will pay $19 for an arugula salad with no protein and it will be so big. Like they dumped a tub of arugula on a plate - an inexpensive ingredient with a huge portion. However, my $57 "ribeye steak" was 4 slices of thin steak over maybe a 1/2 a diced potato - an expensive ingredient for almost nothing. My husband's bolognese had maybe 10 noodles in it. You'll also pay $17 a glass for mediocre wine. Didn't bother to stay for dessert. It's a husband and wife running the place but it feels like a scheme so they only have to be open two days a week. Save your $300+.

I really wanted to like this place after all the hype and waiting a week for a reservation. I’m sorry to say the wait was not worth it. I should have taken it as a sign when their website doesn’t work to look at the menu, and felt blind sided when we saw a pasta entree for $50 and soup for $20 when we walked in. I could get over the prices if the wait wasn’t so long … I understand their concept that it’s just a husband and wife running the whole place… but maybe a bartender or one more person in the kitchen could help. You definitely can feel the passion about the menu coming from them both. However, it was An hour til we saw a beverage, 2 hours til they sent out some bread. I overheard another girl at a table who was falling asleep ask the server, who’s also the owner, who’s also the bartender, how long she thought desert would take because she was quite frankly “tired” - and I don’t blame her since they were there long before us, because otherwise she wouldn’t order it. It says on Resy “be prepared to be with us 2 hours “ they should correct that to 3 hours and put a sample menu somewhere. My salmon was cold when it finally arrived and I’m sorry but no home made pasta is worth $50 in vermont. Skip it- there’s better options in Ludlow.
