Disappointing. Been coming to Okemo for 8 years, the Loft isn’t what it used to be. There’s an oddly passive aggressive whiteboard of rules with a “look after yourself concept”. The problem is it’s a free for all, you have to stalk tables, which can be even more difficult with kids. Something simple like a waitlist would be welcomed. The staff are clearly doing their best to bang out food but the patrons are left to their own means, so unless you’re happy being confrontational with other patrons then avoid this spot. Killarney’s or Off the Rails which are within 1 minute away are better options.

The Loft Tavern has a really cool vibe - it's like a cozy cabin meets a lively ski lodge. They have good barbecue, along with classic tavern food and a good variety of beers on tap. In our experience, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were reasonable, especially considering it's right by the ski resort.

Bartender are on point, friendly and witty with a touch or sarcasm… exactly as it should be at a mountainside ski bar!
Ribs were great.. a little too soft for me but they had great flavor, love the hand cut fries soaking up all the juices.. a bit too much celery salt in the slaw but tasty & fresh!!
Tenders were huge and well seasoned, great cook & great crunch!
Perfect after ski snacks!!

There's only one thing I can say that's disappointing and it's the long wait times for food and drinks, if you're not at the bar. Everything we've had there was always delicious, full of flavor and hot. It's cooked to order of course, but it takes a lot longer than other restaurants for food. Of course they're busy, but even then... I've never had a bad server, bad bartender, bad food. There is plenty of parking and it's a pretty cool environment. It's called the loft for a reason. One of my favorite places to eat in Ludlow and is 100 times better than Off the Rails or Killarneys for good. Always try to find some time to eat at the Loft, even with the wait, you won't be disappointed.

Our first experience here. The atmosphere was really cool and definitely unique. The food was good.
Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with our service. Our server lacked significant attention to detail. We asked for a side of sauce with our wings which never came. We asked for a side of bbq sauce with our sandwiches and that never came. Our beverage was a coke for each of us and the refills came back as a clear liquid. We brought this to his attention and the server took them back but never brought us back anymore coke. When the server brought the bill we were charged for the side sauces that we never got. He took them off as well as our initial cokes. However he couldn't take one of the sauces due to a technicality and we had to pay for the side. There was nothing posted in the menu about adding BBQ sauce to a sandwich.
Service is our biggest issue.

The owner is a good person! We accidentally left a wallet here on a Sunday and the owner met us Monday morning when the restaurant was closed just to return it! The food was great too
